We lived in San Diego fir 7 yrs and rarely find Mexican street tacos that are good. These were totally legit. Definitely go try this place!

“Absolutely love the food here, and the price is pretty good. The horchata is great and one of my go-tos here. Also, the desserts are legendary: churros are made fresh and the flan is one of the best I've ever had. Overall, this place has a great vibe and it's one of if not my favorite spots in Franklin street.“

“Since the restaurant is new, we wanted to give it a try. The food was good, and the ambience was very nice. It feels a little more classy and upscale than a typical Mexican restaurant, which we liked. The service, however, could use some improvement. Overall, it was a good experience and we would be interested in visiting again.“

“Tony was great at explaining why there is some only the original location open. I remember when there were 4 locations. The food still tastes the same and the sanitation score was 98. Taco Tuesday is a hit and the Bandidos Electric Tea was good. The margarita was made from a special order mix which made light drinkers enjoy it. Will have to make an effort to come more often than just a wedding anniversary.“

“Good Mexican food with generous portions and plenty of flavor. We tried the chicken soup and several tacos, including al pastor and other meat options. The tacos were tasty, and the fresh guacamole, rice, beans, chips, and salsa made for a satisfying meal. Service was friendly and efficient. Overall, a solid local Mexican restaurant and a good choice for a casual meal.“
