Chipotle Mexican Grill in Durham

“I would like to recognize this location for their service! I usually go to southpoint because it is closer to my office but I’ve been avoiding ut so to the customer service I’ve received there. The employees at the 751 location were very friendly and warm, it felt like they wanted to be there!“

“My go-to spot for this area...my favorite is the smoked brisket bowl!!! It is so flavorful and the meat is tender. The food at this location is always fresh and the portion sizes are enough for two servings. The line can be long depending on the time of day but the service usually is fast.“

“I'm giving a low 4 for this location mainly for lack of bathroom access. You need a door code which apparently is only on your receipt. And of course the code didn't work for either gender neutral bathrooms. On the positive side, thankfully, there was hand sanitizer in the corridor. My burrito was good though.“

Each and every Chipotle I have purchased from in Durham serves the fajita veggies soft, limp, and mushy. The Guess Road location is fantastic!! Your Chef has it down pat. “I visited this location during my contract with the hospital and was so surprised and touched by the exceptional customer service and treatment I received from the frontline staff to the manager. The food is delicious and I highly recommend. I will definitely be back during my stent here.“

“I want to call out someone specifically and that's the cashier. The name on the receipt was Britney but just in case that's incorrect she was a young Asian girl. When I asked for the bathroom code the whole staffed looked at her and she got it to me. She was the only one who really greeted me and was polite and told me to have a great day. As I was eating everyone else was kind of standing around and she was looking for things that she could do. If she's not the manager she should be. Place was clean. I'd say chipotle as a whole is mostly a 3 star establishment and this one is about the same as the rest. But that cashier gave a 5 star customer experience and clearly cared about working hard.“

Micah is always pleasant and professional and definitely stands out when compared to the other employees. He's always eager to help and has a smile on his face. Thank you!“

“This was a great stop for an affordable dinner.
I feel that chipotle used to be an expensive place to eat, around $10-15 dollars per person. But now they have reduced their prices and for a burrito bowl with a tortilla was only $9. The service was very helpful and straight forward, they just seemed to be having a long day. In addition to not just being affordable these days it is food that I feel good about putting into my body and can be ok to pay a little more if I need to. Overall the atmosphere was very chill and a great stop for a delicious dinner

Parking: In addition there are many other places to eat if you ain’t feeling like a burrito to eat, such as medditera grill and smash burger as two examples. And parking was available just not abundant around 6:30.“
