“First time dining here last night...great friendly staff, great atmosphere, and probably a Top 5 meal that I have ever had! THIS PLACE IS A GEM! You can absolutely tell it's local and fresh (and I normally think that's BS). Started with the Crispy Brussels Sprouts and then the Homage to the Pig and my wife got the Shrimp Pasta. Incredible (chef's kiss). Going back for sure!“

“Although I have enjoyed all that I tried at this establishment the scones and tea are what love most. They are often extremely busy on the weekends and evenings so the volume can climb however it a historical landmark so that is understandable. This is a tea room although not a traditional tea room so go try it out and enjoy the experience .“

Their wine club is an excellent deal and has opened our pallet to new wines and regions we would not have purchased otherwise. If you have the chance, sign up for one of their private events they are phenomenal!“

“Nothing beats the comfort and quality of Bella Monica food! I first dined here in college when I was looking for some eggplant parmesan - since that day 20 years later it’s still my favorite Italian restaurant in Raleigh! Btw their eggplant parmesan uses in house ROASTED eggplant not fried and I cannot explain how delicious it is. I’ve likely tried everything on the menu by this point and not once have I been disappointed.“

“I recently visited Mirchi's Indian restaurant in Cary for lunch with a friend and was so impressed. The food was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly spiced—every dish we tried was a standout. “The food was outstanding, and Penny was our server and made the evening extra enjoyable with her warmth and attention to detail. The manager came by, unobtrusively, and asked if everything was to our liking, and sincerely asked for any areas of improvement. We couldn't think of any, and she thanked us, wished us a pleasant evening, and continued tending to other diners. Outstanding experience, and we will definitely be back!“
