“Spent all week looking for a Boston crème pie for my grandmothers birthday which happens to be on the 4th. They were so nice and being open for us to pick up the day before was so convenient! Was delicious as well!“

“Went to the new Brewsters of High Point last Friday night. We ordered the key lime pie ice cream and the caramel apple crunch and they were some of the best flavors we have ever had. The customer service was excellent and very positive and friendly. We will be returning and trying some more flavors. A very pleasurable experience.“

“The first time I went there I had my two boys. The young lady let me taste rose ice cream, yes real rose petals. I didn't buy it at that time. so, I made another trip took my daughter and my fiancé. I got my rose petal ice cream and loved it. We all got ice cream headed back to my car to eat. Then my fiancé asks me do I want some more? I looked at him and said no I'm full. I said, your going back to get more, he said yup. He then asks my daughter if she wants more, she says sure. They both go back in to get more. He comes back to let me know they have crown royal ice cream. I asked real liquor he said yes. I said well I will be back for that one. The ice cream is homemade and smooth. Best ice cream hands down. Go and try something different. They have lots to choose from.“

“The employee greeted me as I walked in and was very helpful with explaining the options! I got a watermelon drink that immediately brought the biggest smile to my face and my partner got the Chamoynada and he loves it! They have a large parking lot outside. The menu here is quite extensive. Our drinks were made fresh and quick! They even have a little table with extra sauces and powders. Plenty of tables and chairs inside and even some little games to play.“

We went today for a simple dessert.
A strawberry paleta.
And a papaya frozen drink. We also grabbed the kids some pre-packaged character ice cream bars, like you would get from an ice cream truck. We skipped on the street food today, but another day soon for sure!

The papaya frozen drink was made fresh. It was simi-sweet with the faintest bitter undertone. It wasn't too sweet or sugary. The texture was smooth and creamy. It had a good melon type flavor, if you aren't familiar with papaya. Papaya is SUPER healthy for you, and this is a wonderful way to get in your daily dose.

The strawberry bar was full of strawberry flavor and very creamy. It was a good consistency to bite into. It had a fresh strawberry slice inside as well. This was packaged, so I'm not 100% sure if these are made in-house, but they are great for a grab & go dessert!

The service was wonderful. The people working today spoke Spanish & English. They were welcoming to my family & kids.

We hope to go back soon to try the food and many other desserts and items on their menu! Keep an eye out for updates. 😊“

“Only Been Here Once and I only Purchased One thing, but that alone was enough for me to give more items a try. I was hoping for a burger the day I came so I didn't end up getting food, but next time I'm in the mood for hot dogs I'll definitely be back because that Fruity Pebble Milkshake Was Heavenly and I need it again I hope they still have it when I come back I'm not sure if it's always been apart of the menu or just temporary because I don't typically eat here. Also if y'all don't already please bring a froot loop milkshake here that would be absolutely delicious and perfect just as the Fruity Pebble One is. Definitely look forward to trying the other treats there as well and food next time.“

“A party of four go into Mayberry about 3:10 this afternoon! We waited about 5 minutes to even be seated! No one seemed to know what to do! We had to keep moving as we waited so that a lady could sweep! We ordered just banana splits and 2 ice cream sundaes! They were brought to us in a timely manner and that was it! Never saw the waitress again until I paid! My grandson dropped his spoon, I got up to get him another, no one at the counter! One waitress just walked by me to get out the door! No wait staff to be seen in the restaurant! Everyone was in the kitchen, talking! One lady was standing in the opening and I know that she could see me at the counter, but she chose to ignore me! I was ready to go behind the counter, but couldn’t see any spoons! After 3-4 minutes a lady comes out! We finish and get up to leave, no bill! I go to counter and wait probably 5-7 mins. Cashier has to ring up 2-3 ice creams and some man was trying to get his to-go order and he had been waiting a while! When the cashier finally ask me why I’m there, I tell her to pay my bill! She has no bill, can not find it on the cash register! She asked me twice where we were sitting! While she calls our waitress, she rings it up and I finally paid! Doesn’t give me my change back, I have to tell her what I gave her and how much change she owes me! First time in a long time that we’ve been to Mayberry and probably won’t be going back! Wasn’t very busy this afternoon, lots of employees just standing around/in the kitchen doing nothing!“

“I am writing this review in response to the below written review by miss Candace fisher russell...who should really be aware of her surroundings before throwing a tantrum in public while verbally abusing staff members and threatening to then denounce them via Facebook. I exited the bathroom at this location this morning to hear shouting and profanity by miss russell. My first assumption it being breakfast rush was that her order was wrong or something of that nature. To my amazement, she was angered over a cake order placed via the Internet that had never been received. The manager did everything she could to assist this woman and was most definitely apologetic as she handled such hostility with grace and empathy while being shouted at and belittled by this woman. I cannot say that I know many people including myself who would be so courteous while being insulted over a computer error...this alone makes this establishment worth patronizing as it shows the kind of maturity and professional customer service that is given. As for the above mentioned customer, people were there to bear witness to the way you treated these staff members...your account is almost entirely dishonest and that of a woman who obviously was taking out her frustrations on people she felt beneath her..and I hardly find it professional as a long time customer service representative to state your salary several times in anger as if it gave you a sense of entitlement and the right to degrade people.“

“I came in today and the staff was super helpful and efficient with how they worked. Specifically, pranav, haliot, and mariama were beyond excited to explain the flavor because this was actually my first time. There was also a new employee that they were training who made my ice cream. It was so tasty!!!!! Definitely going to come back to this location.“

“I confess that I was super anxious to know this place because of some friends around the world that told me that this store has the best cinnamon roll ever. It is not close to my house but we drove for half hour just to try and I have to say that it was worthwhile! Not only the cinnamon roll but also has other sweets that are super tasteful. I am glad that I order to eat at my home because if I had tried on the place I probably should eat a lot more. the reason that I don’t give 5 star is only because of the staff that doesn’t show much effort and it was ok.“
