“LISTEN! We we're just cruising & stumbled across this bakery. If you blink you'll miss it but we decided to stop. When we opened the doors we knew we had found a hidden gem in the heart of Bailey. The smell alone was of sugar, spice & everything nice, inviting us right up to the counter. The counters were filled with cupcakes, cake pops, cakes, cake slices & YES, even freshly made loaves of bread & dinner rolls! We ended up purchasing an italian cream cupcake with walnuts & coconut, chocolate dipped cake pop, a slice of pigpickin' cake & a 2 pack of sugar cookies. When we got home...the smiles that hit our faces from pure enjoyment & excitement...10/10! The cake was soft & not overly sweet, the cookies were buttery & crisp & the cake pop did not exist after the third bite from our 3 year old. We are looking forward to weekly visits to The Dessert Cake Company of Bailey & looking forward to trying her other items. If you're on the way home or just enjoying family time Thursday-Saturday, make the time to stop by. You will not be disappointed!“
