“Just stopped in on the way back to Wilmington from Washington, D.C. We brought a good amount of teenagers with us and the staff was very accommodating and had most items ready to go. The thing that stood out the most was Tonya. We’ve never had anyone at your stores to stop by and check on how the food was and if we needed anything. That’s true hospitality. She even took my wife’s tray after she checked on us. She stopped at every table to check on them. I’d drive from Brunswick County, NC just for the location on hospitality alone. “Just wanna shout out Kevin for making things right this morning with an order that was messed up last night as far as the owner I really don't care to respect anything that comes from that man because he wanted to argue with me over my order being incorrect and me, not even receiving something that I paid for. When you work in retail or in a business, the customer is always right no matter what don't sit there and try to argue with them, especially if they're unhappy about something that they bought from your store and didn't Receive six cookies that they paid for!“
