“Walked in was instantly greeted. Staff were very kind and helpful in every way. They gave us stuff to do and advice to do in boone and banner elk. I ordered an Italian sub and it was fresh and tasted great . My friends were all very happy with their subs a-swell . We came back again during our trip and the food and the service didn’t disappoint again. You can tell management does a great job!“

“Had a good experience after a mishap with supplies at the store. They quickly addressed the issue and even tried to compensate me for it.

I had to wait for awhile. However I gave them a 5 because of the following: Any business can have something unexpected happened, and in my opinion it’s about how you handle those situations that can make a difference. And we as the customer should have patience in unexpected situations. This location stepped up to address the issue. Along with the fact that they were very interactive and aware of everything that was going on in the shop.
