I was really disappointed with my recent experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered the Big Breakfast, which I’ve been getting for over 20 years and has always included pancakes. Instead, I was given just a sandwich on a large plate. Not only was the order wrong, but it also took over 30 minutes to get our food, which nearly made us late to our destination.
When my husband brought the order back in to correct it, the staff insisted that pancakes don’t come with the Big Breakfast — which simply isn’t true based on our long history of ordering it. The lack of customer service and understanding of the menu was frustrating.
This visit left us very disappointed, and I hope the management can address these issues for future customers.

“We ate inside the restaurant with our two toddlers and really appreciated that this McDonald’s has a play area! There’s a lot of climbing involved in the play area, so mostly for older kids to enjoy. My 3 year old did enjoy trying to climb up the different climbing areas, though she didn’t get high enough to go to the slide. Definitely a fun place to go if you’re looking for a McDonald’s with a play area. Their ice cream machine wasn’t currently working when we were there.“
