“I went to New China in Cary, NC yesterday. Beef with Snow Pea was absolutely delicious, always good, also my favorite Hot & Sour Soup was so fresh, they cooked to order. I really recommend!!!

“I was craving some amazing noodles. I was looking all over Raleigh for the new place to check out. Ton Noodles hit the spot. I have the shrimp tempura udon noodle bowl. The broth was really delicious and flavorful. Noodles were cooked to perfection. Shrimp tempura was nice and crispy and well-seasoned. Service was extraordinary. Very nice people in there. Extremely clean and not too loud. Definitely worth checking out if you love noodles. They have ramen and rice dishes. They have Curry which I hope to try next time. I also had two pork buns which were absolutely incredible. I will definitely come back soon. Come check this place out!“

“This place has the best Pad Thai of anywhere I’ve ever been, and I love Thai food and have been to many different Thai restaurants. Their prices are extremely reasonable and service is always fast and accurate.“

“The ramen here is top quality. The only ramen I’ve had that is on-par is Ramen Bario in Hawaii & Japan. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic and delicious food! The inside is very clean and chic looking. It may be a wait for the food to come out, but it’s fresh and worth every minute. I will definitely visit again and highly recommend it! 10/10 for date spots and outings by yourself or with friends/family. Having ramen like this right here in the triangle is a welcome surprise!“

“The food was absolutely delicious and nothing was over cooked into chewiness. I am sad about the Japanese white sauce because it was quite runny and bland, but as the saying goes: If you have to put sauce over steak (or food in general) then the food wasn't good. However, that was furthest from the truth and I enjoyed every bite. The atmosphere is great with traditional japanese counter seating. Overall appearance is clean and well maintained.“

“It’s pretty good! I’ve only had the bahn mis but they are delicious and fresh and full of veggies and meat. It was affordable as well only being 10 bucks for a small bahn mi and two egg rolls. They also have more regular size bahn mis though that are separate from the ones on the combos. However, for lunch I would come here over a fast food place any day of the week.“

“I found this food truck by accident today. I was expecting it to be average like other food trucks, but I got a pleasant surprise! Mysore bonda was pillowy on the inside, and the chutneys complimented it nicely. Chicken manchurian was a good blend of sweet and savory, and the chicken was cooked nicely. But the highlight for me was the biryani! I’ve had bad luck experiences with food truck biryani, but I decided to try it anyway. And i’m glad I did! The chicken was succulent and aromatic, and the rice was cooked to perfection. Better than some restaurants i’ve been to! Only bad thing was that the wait times are tooo long. Aside from food, the place is cozy. I also like the name. Staff were mostly helpful. This food truck is close to the heart of Apex and beaver creek commons. You should definitely visit Namaste Chicha next time you get a food truck craving!“

“The best PHO around “ Pho Shure” The owner is one of the nicest people you’ll meet. I’ve tried other places and I must say I always come back to this one for my Pho. Authentic and high quality food! The rest of the menus is just as good. A must try for sure!!!!!!“

“Love it! A no-shrills-straight-to-the-point Chinese restaurant. Food is probably some of the best Chinese food I have had in NC and you don't have to pay an arm and a leg. Dishes that can be spicy are typically spicy without having to ask. They use real peppers and are not shy. Service is fast and professional.“

“When the family is having a hard time deciding what we want to eat, we all agree on Noodle! Mom can get her Pad Thai with tofu, the boy can get Pesto Cavitappi, my daughter with the Mac n Cheese and me with the Classic Caesar with Chicken. They have those cool "Coke Machines" with 6 thousand options for a drink or you can get an iced tea or chocolate milk. Tons of options, freshly created, served quickly and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. What's not to love about this place?“

“I used to come here very regularly for the lunch buffet before covid. They shut down the buffet for a couple of years and I just realized they had it back! It is very good still. I'm glad I came back.
Changes to note: Payment was up front. Not a bad thing just didn't realize it. You get your own drinks now instead of the waiter filling. They will pick up your plates but a lot of people bus their own table.
It was no where near as busy as it once was but I was happy and plan on coming again. Food was still great, people still nice.“

“Ordered online on our way into Raleigh from out of state. Arrived and staff was very sweet. They informed us they were out of the type of noodle in one of our bowls and provided us with the other types of noodles to use instead. We arrived 15 to close so that’s completely understandable. The staff was quick and very kind. We got into our hotel and both agreed this was the best quality we’ve had from noodles & company thus far! Everything tasted amazing and our bowls were full with correct ingredients! I’ve often had issues with noodles being over cooked at many places but this location was perfect!“
