“I frequent the Chick-fil-A brand all of over the country and this is my children go to place for dinner. Tonight I went to your location in Cary. First of all the attendees outside aren’t as polite as the used to be they were concerned with group conversation not serving the customers. When I pulled up the cashier, said,”What can I get you”, no hey welcome to Chick-fil-A how may I serve you. I was shocked. I asked for two 12 counts of freshly cooked nuggets. I put an emphasis on fresh. I paid, drove to get my receipt and reiterated I wanted them fresh to that attendee. I got to window and I reiterated again to the young lady who had her hair cut very close, she said, “yes sir promise”. This was an entire lie and disappointment. This is the 2nd bad experience with this particular store. I have included the pictures in the email. After speaking to Caroline she has promised to give our family a night on her, but she never asked me my name, my phone number or asked when I was planning to come back. Totally disappointed.“

“Stopped in for a late lunch, wasn’t busy at all. The lady making my sandwich was friendly and the sandwich was good. I had the large A Wreck, sufficient amount of meet and cheese and the toppings were fresh and delicious. The pickles are huge, wish I could just get a quarter with my sandwich. Great for a quick bite, will be back.“

“I really like the new location in Cary,nc off of Tryon. it's a large restaurant with plenty of space. the employees were nice and friendly. the food was good. they have a nice patio for outdoor eating as well.“

“My husband and I came for a day date and had the absolute pleasure of having Shannel as our server. I use to travel the country to train new employees for Whole Foods and The Fresh Market. Shannel is the epitome of what every company strives for in their employees. She was attentive, kind and just overall lovely. Her smile is absolutely infectious and you can tell she is genuine when providing customer service. What more could anyone ask for, especially from Olive Garden themselves.

“Honestly for a hotel restaurant my food was really good! I usually avoid eating in the hotel but tonight I was too tired to go out. So I grabbed a complimentary drink for the reception and ordered a fried chicken sandwich. Service was friendly and prompt. The sandwich arrived hot and honesty was one of the better chicken sandwiches I've had. It had really good flavor and was juicy with fresh lettuce. The fries were cooked perfect to fit my liking which is crispy but not destroyed. Sorry I should've taken a picture... Fyi the table next to me got salads which looked really good.If you want to stay close or order room service I think you'll be pleasantly surprised as I was. Ignore the 1 star reviews that don't really relate to the restaurant. They also had a manager waking around checking on customers which is always a good sign that they care.“

“It's a Chick Fil A. What I mean is that they meet the standards set by the company, good food and good service all around. Tried their mobile drive thru, it was nice to have some benefit to using the app. Had a 10 count mini with juice and hash browns (I shared!).“

“I have been spending a lot of time eating at Panera's lately. Today for lunch they forgot to put my Kitchen sink cookie in my bag, The check was on the receipt-but not in my bag. I called back and spoke with Kylie and she was great. Very pleasant and nice and refunded the cookie back to my account.

II also had the steak and cheese sandwich and the chili. Both were a new item for me and were great.“
