“Visited Matthews, NC few days ago and had lunch here. The food was awesome (I had Jalapeno Poppers and Peter Piper burger), and so was the beer selection (I had a really good blonde ale (cannot recall the name unfortunately)). Service was great, and washrooms were clean. The place has a really cool vibe to it, looks like one would feel at home there while watching sports on one of the many screens.“

“It's not a bad place for a burger if you can get in. The parking is usually packed, but that should be a good sign. I went on a Thursday, the place was pretty empty and very clean. The staff kept busy cleaning and refilling everything. The burger was basic and fresh, and the prices were fair. I would stop again if I'm close.“

The ordering process was easy and the cashier was extremely helpful and answered all my questions happily, this was my first time visiting but won’t be my last. I ordered a chili double burger and a regular double cheeseburger with two orders of fries. Let me say nothing about these burgers were regular, these were the best burgers I’ve had in over 5 years, even after a 40 minute drive to my apartment the burgers still tasted fresh and succulent. I was so full off one burger and a half order off fries but I was determined to finish the rest so I would cry and dream about it all night if I didn’t. The food was so flavorful I had to keep alternating between my fries and the burgers. Definitely recommend, definitely will be back. Actually considering moving closer to be nearby. I don’t have any photos because the food is demolished….If you’re trying to decide on this and any other place choose this place and you’ll forget about the other!!!“

“Dinner at The Cowfish is always a win. We’ve visited the Orlando location dozens of times, but tonight bisited the Charlotte location since we were in town. Faith, our server, recommended the Togarashi shrimp, and it was phenomenal. Mel, the manager, came out and spoke to us about our visits to Orlando, made some more recommendations, and made sure we were well set for the evening. We had the Buffalo chicken sandwich and Texas chili cheeseburger, both were absolutely excellent. The Cowfish is a must stop in Charlotte or Orlando!“

“My family of 5 has been coming here since 2022. The post-COVID era. We have never been disappointed once. This place deserves sooo much more credit for how low they have kept their prices. They easily best the speed, cost, and flavor of any place I know of in 2025 and is miles ahead of any fast food places. It is insane to me that we can all 5 get food for around $45. I only leave reviews for places that are either super exceptional or super awful and Culver's has been exceptional for us every single time we have been here.“

“I honestly can't believe that I am a Charlotte native and this is my first time eating at this establishment. My parents and grandparents grew up eating here and they used to pile it up. In reference to the food, I had a cheeseburger with tomato, lettuce, ketchup and slaw with crinkled fries topped with Bar B Que sauce. In my opinion the food was very good. The only thing was that I wish that the hamburger itself had more flavor. Overall, I would definitely get it again. I didn't know that they serve breakfast, that's always a plus. They had a variety of different foods on there menu to accommodate everyone. Thank you Pile Em Up Bob's.“

First, when I ordered the burger, I wasn't offered fries - I assumed they came with it, as is typical. Second, we were the only two at the bar, yet the bartender chose to make all her drinks and run the dishwasher directly in front of us. Again, the pizza and burger were awesome. I’m a creature of habit so I always order the chicken filet sandwich fried with french fries and of course a separate order of the famous onion rings! These o-rings are the ONLY ones I eat!! “Love this place. Great atmosphere, menu, drinks and most of all great staff. I stopped in last week to pick up gift cards for the holiday and they were having an issue with the system. The manger explained the situation and offered alternatives. I chose to come back this week to purchase the cards and the manager remembered me and thanked me for returning as did the bartender. If you’ve never been, give it a try. I can almost guarantee you’ll return too.“

“I tried the Carolina BBQ at Shake Shack and it was amazing! The flavors were bold, and the fried pickles really set it off with the perfect crunch. I also loved the spicy kick—it was just right, not overwhelming but definitely noticeable.

The ordering process was all through the touch pad, and while the food came out quickly and was exactly what I wanted, there wasn’t much in the way of customer service. Someone simply brought the food to the table.

“We only got fries for a little side dish from there but wow the food was incredible. The fries are seasoned and so tasty plus their sauces, absolutely incredible. On top of the food there the service was so good, it was a little busy since the time we went im assuming is peak time but the front of the house was so sweet, kind and warm, it was really good.“
