Chick-fil-A at the airport provides a convenient dining option with friendly staff and a family-oriented environment. Although there are some service issues, the food remains surprisingly good, especially the chicken. The chicken biscuit could be bigger, but quick service and a nice ambiance help make up for it. The staff works hard, often staying beyond closing hours to serve customers with a positive attitude, even when some items run out. Customers have experienced extended wait times, especially when using the app or placing non-standard orders, but the food is consistently fresh and delicious. In one case, a missed order was quickly remade, along with extra fries, a brownie, a cookie, and a food voucher, thanks to a helpful manager. Overall, despite some efficiency issues, it’s a decent place to grab a meal at the airport, with friendly service and tasty food.
