“I tried the wing and shrimp combo. The food was very good. The food could have been 5 stars but honestly the shrimp was a bit spicy, which My server warned me about, that it made the wings seem under seasoned. I enjoyed the whole meal but next time I'll try the chicken alone to give it a fair shot.My server was super nice. The music was a bit loud for my taste but since I was alone it didn't bother me. I definitely recommend Harold's.“

“We placed a very large order to be ready for noon on a Saturday. We arrived at 11:50 and were told the order would be ready at noon. It was nearly 12:20 before we were able to leave with the order. It was expected at the office at 12:15.
The food was hot and tasty but it was frustrating that it wasn’t ready when it was called in days in advance.“

“By far, the best CFA I’ve ever been to. I was greeted at the door and seated where my order taken and brought to me. Sandwich, fries, and cookie were good and very fast.

“Honestly they got me with the hot fresh free sandwich but I’m doing my best to avoid this place at all costs. The place is superb on friendly and accurate service but the food quality we know is killing us all. I made it my resolution to not eat any chikfila this year and it’s not even the end of January and the app got me again. Ughhh I promise to do better. “I got to this cfa all the time and the food is always so good and the service is always amazing! Today I pulled up for my mobile order and my car started smoking from under the hood. Luckily two guys working at CFA were there to help me and check around under the hood. “Located inside the BOA Plaza. Had to run an errand at the Walgreens and stopped in for breakfast. They were slammed! But they got us in and out swiftly.I got the 10pc chicken minis meal and a Sunjoy. The Sunjoy was okay. It wont be replacing the lemonade in future. The tea watered the goodness down. It wasn't horrible it just wont be getting my attention in future.“

“I'm here for National Chicken Sandwich day, and I just had a free chicken sandwich after having spent a dollar. It was delicious, quite hot and savory.
But what I really want to tell you about is the excellent service here. I had some trouble with placing my order using the app, but Mahalia jumped right in to help me here in the restaurant.
This has been a rough week for everybody, seismic changes across the board. I've done my best to be a light in the darkness this week and let me tell you what, Mahalia was certainly a light in the darkness today.
Thank you KFC for the free chicken sandwich, but thank you even more for helping to bolster my faith in humanity! Please, everyone who reads this review tell Mahalia what a great job she did today!
And I'll to finish out the review, let me show you the ambience here is great. There's a huge light fixture that looks like a great big bucket of chicken which is the campiest thing I've ever seen in a fast food restaurant. Well, outside Disney World. Nevertheless, the place is clean and inviting, and quite possibly the nicest place on this part of Sunset Road. And what makes it nice? Great people like Mahalia!“

“The line is long especially if you don't plan well but when I get to the convention center there is no better breakfast or lunch better than a chicken biscuit sandwich, some bo rounds and a Cheerwine. The staff does the best they can and working for people from out of town and little patience is hard so be chill and get your good good Bojangles lunch.“

“Visited this location, the service was friendly as expected but they forgot all my salad toppings and sauces and silverware so had to come back around to get it. The banana pudding milkshake is really good if you like banana pudding, definitely would recommend.

Parking: Depending on the time it can be a little difficult to get parking“

“When a customer asked for four mayonnaise packs that means to give them four packs of mayonnaise, not two not three but 4. Get it right people don’t ask me how many condiments do I need or want if you’re not gonna give me what I ask for.“
