“This location NEVER fails me! I ordered 2 pizzas yesterday, one for myself & one for my Grandma. She said it's the best pizza she has had.
My pizza was prepared perfectly & was delivered curbside in less than 2 minutes as promised!“

“i never leave reviews but this is the BEST dominos i’ve ever had! it looked so good but tasted even better. my order got here very quickly, which was awesome.
i mainly wanted to leave a review for whoever delivered my pizza, she was so sweet and genuinely seemed so happy to be working! by far my favorite person who’s ever delivered anything to me! had a rough day and she made me smile and i appreciated that. i want her to know that her positivity and happiness radiates and customer’s can see that anddd it can even make our day!! please tell her i said thank you!“

“Made an order that the app had showed delivered even though I couldn't find my food and had seen the dominoes delivery car pass where I live, assuming it has delivered to the wrong house I call in and mention the drivers name - Jacob, I had asked for a refund on account of this. What had actually happened was the driver had forgotten the sauce, and decided to go back and get the sauce, as I am coming back into my building after looking across my complex for where the food could be, I see the same car , Jacob had returned with my food and the sauce after I had already been given a refund

So I just wanted to give props to the store and the driver Jacob since I definitely got a win/win here“

“Tonight was clearly a busy struggle night for this location, but they kept it pushing and did the best they could. People just gotta learn to be patient and understand they ARE NOT the only customer EVER to order a pizza. I waited for my order and the food was perfect and delicious. To anybody that has an issue with waiting…Harris teeter is next door, cook at home.“

“We ordered pizzas for lunch for our dental practice. Our delivery driver, Ricky, was so sweet and went above and beyond by placing our pizzas on our break room table. The pizzas were hot and delicious and delivered promptly. We couldn't ask for better service!“

“As a 23 year resident of this community, I’ve seen the destruction of our social fabric by the city council for more roads. On occasion I’ve ordered from my local Domino’s Pizza, both walking a quarter mile and delivery. Dozens of times over the years I’ve received a good product except the last pan pizza which I ordered before closing and was overcooked. The next day I talked with the manager who brought a fresh pizza. Occasionally a driver has trouble finding my apartment but usually they get it right. Try the tots!

“I have been ordering from here for the last two years, and I have had great service and food. Tonight was a little different, I ordered food and it was falsely delivered and I was disappointed but I still needed my food so my boyfriend and I went to the store. We spoke with ALEX and he was amazing! He offered to remake our food and refunded us for the inconvenience. Even though this was our first hiccup, we will continue to eat here because of that customer service. Thank you ALEX and to the other workers who remade our food.“

“Honestly pretty solid. The delivery guy was super chill and got here way faster than the app estimated. Pizza was actually steaming hot when I opened it which is rare lol. Def stick with the pan pizza, it's the best one. Good easy dinner.“

“Ryan, one of the managers, was an absolute delight to deal with. I ended up ordering through DoorDash originally, and there was a huge mixup between them and Domino’s. I ended up waiting over an hour and a half for my pizza turns out that they just delivered it to a different location at my home. Then the order was incorrect. Regardless, Ryan was extremely professional and polite over the phone and immediately rectified the situation. A new pizza should be on its way.“

“My experience was terrible, tryed 1st to order on line and once I hit summit to place order it stayed in that part for at least 15 minutes so I then cancelled my order and call them directly only to get automated system, it took me several minutes to get to a live person, now once I placed my order the rep could not complete my order once I was giving him my card number, said he was having system issues and had to transfer me to a manager, stayed on hold for 15/20 minutes, hung up and called back got automated system and requested to speak to manger and again was on hold for several minutes, I was able to speak to manger to complete order, and yes I explained to him my experience, and was not satisfied, the only thing he said he was sorry,I couldn't tell, he could have at least provide me some kind of discount or something for my inconvenience and that did not happen I spent 17+I will never go online or call them only order at store I am so dissatisfied with my experience if they were not so close to my house I would completely cut them off, just saying,, so beware people, hope you don't have to experience what I went through just to order a damn pizza!!!!!!!!!“

“I ordered over the phone and the customer service was amazing! They were extremely friendly and accommodating! It took me maybe 10 minutes to pickup my order and there was no wait time when I arrived! I was welcomed into the store and everyone was extremely nice. The pizza was also delicious! 5 starts all around!“

“This is my family’s go-to Dominos. We order for game night, parties, and sheer laziness because who wants to cook every night? The service is impeccable and every single one of the delivery drivers are professional and much appreciated. They’ve never once messed up an order or were late delivering - and a shout out to the folks making the food - everything is always hot and fresh. Ordering is simple online and I like the Domino’s Tracker that keeps track of your delivery and I love that they have their own delivery drivers who are always professional, courteous, friendly and on time. “Got there at 12:50 AM and they were closing at 1:00. Ordered 3 pizzas and they knocked it out fast. Super nice, courteous and professional folks. Gave them a tip for doing such a great job at the end of a long shift I'm sure. Thanks!“

“This is a good Dominos. If your pizza comes out bad it's because you had it delivered and that screwed it up.
I walk in and order it in person and then sit out in the parking lot for 10 minutes and wait on it. If you're going to do pick up anyway you might as well spend an extra 10 minutes to make sure it's hot and fresh and they see your face before they make it. Trust me.“

“Ordered carry out online and went to pick it up but I had forgotten my card to pay at home Ona sofa ….. I was so embarrassed and my child was whining because she was ready for her food. I canceled the order so I could go get my card. Got my card and arrived back to the store and their system was down so they could t take or cash out any orders unfortunately….. but the cashier was like are u willing to wait for the system to come back up. Of course I was my child really wanted the pizza ….. so I’m sitting there with my baby waiting patiently to order and the cashier come back up to me and offers me to make my pizza and give it to me for free since the systems were still down almost 30 mins later , everyone else was upset and didn’t wanna wait but me waiting got me a free dinner for my baby girl and I’m thankful for the genuine jester!! I certainly had it in my mind to just wait and order and pay like normal once their system came back up but left with my money and dinner. Glory to god ??The workers in there were working hard non stop even through the systems were down the were doing the boh duty’s , ensuring everything was clean and ready to go! Overall my fav domino’s in Charlotte N.C they always on it and keep it clean thanks again“

“This particular one on freedom drive in Charlotte ard Stadium is quite busy, so order ahead. It's a dine in but dine in close by 9 pm. After that it's pick up or delivery. The staff is courteous and very helpful to arrange for plates etc so that we could dine outside.
