“This location was SO clean and smelled SO Fresh like they just cleaned the whole facility, and this was 1:00 in the afternoon. I NEVER leave reviews, but this place really deserved it for their cleanliness!!! Service was quick & friendly as well.“

“I had a really bad experience at this location a couple of years ago... today, my wife insisted in ordering from Domino's, I was eskeptical, however, all turned out very good, order was done on time, the pizza was delicious as well as the stuffed cheesy bread and chicken bites. Keep it up!“

“We ordered pizzas for lunch for our dental practice. Our delivery driver, Ricky, was so sweet and went above and beyond by placing our pizzas on our break room table. The pizzas were hot and delicious and delivered promptly. We couldn't ask for better service!“

We've had management reach out and work to make our experience better. They've improved!

I may literally stop ordering from this location. Each time there's something missing and if things aren't correct- the most you get is "I'm sorry". This doesn't consider the money nor time we put into driving to the location or will create repeat customers.“

“I had issues doing my order online, so had to call to place my order. They made it super easy. We order extra sauce on our pizza's and this place always makes it as ordered. I went in and the employee got my order for me. We have gone in at times when it’s been busy especially on a weekend, but worth the wait. Thank you to the manager and the employees! “I would like to commend the employees at this Dominos location. I am a frequent customer here and have been for years. They are always consistent with our order and it arrives so fast! The delivery drivers are always considerate of our home and always have a pleasant demeanor when they arrive. Not sure about these other less than 5 star reviews. I've never had anything less than 5 star service here. Thank you to this location for providing us with quality food at the end of a long work day or during the big sports game. “As a 23 year resident of this community, I’ve seen the destruction of our social fabric by the city council for more roads. On occasion I’ve ordered from my local Domino’s Pizza, both walking a quarter mile and delivery. Dozens of times over the years I’ve received a good product except the last pan pizza which I ordered before closing and was overcooked. The next day I talked with the manager who brought a fresh pizza. Occasionally a driver has trouble finding my apartment but usually they get it right. Try the tots!

“My experience at Domino’s on independence #5590 did GREAT!!! I didn’t get the crew names but all 4 of them worked together to get the job done!! Customer service was great ! The pizzas came out looking like perfection! Amazing job on a busy night!! 8/18/2024 @ night crew!! Good job guys!!“

“Honestly, not sure why the rating is so low. I've ordered from here several times, both delivery and pickup, and everytime has been spot on. Perfectly cooked, generous toppings and even when busy, good customer service when I've called or asked questions in person. Hurricane Helene just came through this last time and still, as busy as they were, I still got my delivery from Peter before the estimate and the pizza was as good as you can ask for from a chain pizza place. Definitely worth a look!“

“Our experience with this location has been perfect! They technically aren’t our store but the app sends our orders to them and they still deliver! Twice now we’ve had Judith deliver our order and she is super sweet and always has the biggest smile on her face!“

“I think they are under new management. They seemed fully staffed on a Friday night and the place was clean. My pizza presentation was amazing and delicious. I have not ordered from this location. Over two years. So something has definitely changed. Staff didn’t appear stress and they all looked clean. I don’t usually write good reviews. This was worth mentioning. If it’s been a while for anyone at this location, give them another chance. It’s changed“

“Ordered carry out online and went to pick it up but I had forgotten my card to pay at home Ona sofa ….. I was so embarrassed and my child was whining because she was ready for her food. I canceled the order so I could go get my card. Got my card and arrived back to the store and their system was down so they could t take or cash out any orders unfortunately….. but the cashier was like are u willing to wait for the system to come back up. Of course I was my child really wanted the pizza ….. so I’m sitting there with my baby waiting patiently to order and the cashier come back up to me and offers me to make my pizza and give it to me for free since the systems were still down almost 30 mins later , everyone else was upset and didn’t wanna wait but me waiting got me a free dinner for my baby girl and I’m thankful for the genuine jester!! I certainly had it in my mind to just wait and order and pay like normal once their system came back up but left with my money and dinner. Glory to god ??The workers in there were working hard non stop even through the systems were down the were doing the boh duty’s , ensuring everything was clean and ready to go! Overall my fav domino’s in Charlotte N.C they always on it and keep it clean thanks again“

“Kid-friendliness: Great customer service and wonderful atmosphere. All the staff members were very respectful and looked like they were all actively engaged in their work, and still they got me my meal in a timely manner. Huge shoutout to the employees at this Dominos!!“

“I almost always get carry out because ordering delivery is a nightmare. Ive only once seen two people at the store at the same time, this place is definitely understaffed. I spent over an hour waiting for a pizza and I was 5 minutes down the road. But I keep coming back because the food is ALWAYS good. Sure, sometimes you forget my sauce. And the person on register always looks exhausted. But I really do appreciate this place, I hope they get more staff“

“I recently had a fantastic pizza at this Dominos – the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was also excellent though I was a bit nervous because of the reviews. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for to get a good pizza from Dominos to come to this location.“

“We have ordered pizza from all sorts of places and somehow, somehow, this Domino’s is the only place reliably hot and fresh. It’s wonderful to know we can get food like that delivered in about 30 minutes, even at rush hour.

No, it’s not Neapolitan pizza or some high-falutin’ California style with pear and Gorgonzola (both of which I really do like) but it’s by-gum classic American pizza at a reasonable price and delivered hot. Can’t ask for more than that!“

“This particular one on freedom drive in Charlotte ard Stadium is quite busy, so order ahead. It's a dine in but dine in close by 9 pm. After that it's pick up or delivery. The staff is courteous and very helpful to arrange for plates etc so that we could dine outside.
