“It’s clear to me that the management at this location must actually care a lot. They are always super efficient - I think the longest I’ve ever waited for food is a couple minutes. It’s always fresh too, and the staff is friendly. Makes my morning commute a breeze“

“I'm very impressed with this location. They have the cleanest store I've been too. Their shelf are organized, there's always somebody mopping the floor or cleaning, the staff is nice and they make good coffee every time. You can tell the owner and workers take pride in the appearance of their store. I love even the little attention to details like the little flower they placed by the straws. Great location!“

“The woman at the register was very nice, the place was pretty clean with lots of sunlight, and the service was fast. Most of the order came out good but the “whoopie pie” donut almost tasted stale, and the hash brown brisket scramble was all hash brown, barely any brisket or scrambled eggs. 4/5 overall“

“charlotte native here, been going to this location for years and NEVER disappoints me when it comes to my coffee but the breakfast sandwiches can be a hit or miss.. also the manager julia is the sweetest and the younger employees are always kind but 1 can be misunderstanding at times, i stay in east charlotte and travel down to kings drive just to get my iced latte every other day and they never disappoint but to each it’s own, they will get my service everytime! *another good location is N graham they’re awesome as well just small and always crowded also no drive thru.

Parking: the drive thru is terrible but that never stopped me lol.“

“This is a great Duncan location. Even though we were there in the late afternoon, the donuts were fresh and just as I remembered them from years gone by (a Massachusetts girl ).Seating is ample and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.“

“I order from this particular Dunkin’ weekly. For some reason whoever is making the matcha lattes is doing a terrible job. My last three have tasted like water or milk, and I’ve had to request a refund from Uber. It doesn’t even look green anymore but a pale ugly color. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased when she confirmed my order and realized it was not correct and then made the needed adjustment. “I work at a shop at South Blvd and I always come here and get coffee for me and the guys. They always make our coffee good except this last time I went. I always order Signature Lattes and what I got tasted like a regular premium coffee. I can’t even taste the peppermint on the mocha I ordered and I specified more sugar so it’s sweeter but it tasted bland. I’m disappointed after spending almost $50 on what I ordered. I even asked the guys how theirs tasted and they even said it’s different, could’ve been more sweeter.“

“I placed a mobile order for pickup. Sometimes the little parking lot is super full but I lucked out and found easy parking (Sunday at noon).

My order was ready when I got there. I accidentally ordered a hot matcha latte which I meant to order iced, and the employee was nice enough to remake it for me. Thank you!

I ordered the maple bacon egg and cheese sandwich and it was pretty good. The matcha latte was a little sweet but still good.

It’s very small inside so would not a good location for working remotely.“

“I actually have a Dunkin' close to me but drive to this one because it's cleaner and the staff is consistently friendlier. Yes sometimes it gets busy and the food is not gourmet. But I have had consistently good or at least okay experiences at this Dunkin'! I LOVE their cold brew and my mobile orders are for the most part good every time I go.“

“The drinks were delicious but definitely could have been filled up all the way! Also, when I ordered the vanilla donut frozen coffee, I was told they didn't have that. I was just told they had "iced vanilla". I think the girl was just new, because then she found it. Also just glancing at the app would help to know the featured menu items. “I recently ordered 20 boxes of Joe's for a very imp event, a few days prior to pick up. I had my reservations bc of previous experience, but when I found out there was a new manager, I decided to talk over my concerns, and he reassured me I was in good hands, and he would personally see to it that everything was good to go. When time for pick up, EVERYTHING WAS HOT & ready to go! Customer service was a 10/10, assistance to my car with the load, and they were ready at the agreed pick up time!

“The employee's here are nothing short of amazing. I was not feeling well and the employees were very patient with me and my daughter. This is our first time coming to this establishment but they made us feel as if we've been long time costumers. They were so patient they even walked my 7 year old daughter on the options she has for ice cream (including cups and cones) and the variety of donut options.
