“Came here with family placed our order. This same order as today seems to always get messed up. we ordered the chicken caprese melt but there was no chicken. Karen in the kitchen made it all better. I was completely shocked by her professionalism, kindness and classy manner! Thank you Karen. I hope you get noticed because you are a phenomenal worker!“

“I love panera soup they have the best broccoli cheese soup ever my friend likes their mediterranean sandwich and their soup so it's different my my friend likes to Eat in the back but I would prefer to eat where the windows are so that I can look out but I think a little bit of update“

“I like Panera for the most part... I have been going to them since they opened their doors years ago... 20+ consistently good food.. some locations cleaner than others... the districts mgrs need to tighten that up... but it's also people not carrying about their job too...“

The service was fantastic that cheapo me even gave a tip and the server brought our our salads as we sat outdoors in these beautiful fancy white bowls! “Isaiah assisted me he was very professional & just had a awesome personality. Isaiah made my day cause i was mad there werent any everything bagels... Isaiah was very pleasant even when his lead/mgr rudely interrupted him taking my order demanding he get on his register...This young man was very poised....remained professional & quite pleasant & continue to take my order w/ a pleasant manner.. Astonishingly how proffessional he remained
after the manager was rude to Isaiah making demands without saying, please or thank you understand the importance of treating employees well. Customers like myself take notice of things like this.
Cause I would hate for Panera to lose a good employee like Isaiah. Cause it's going to make me not want to return if I'm not greeted with someone as awesome as Isaiah!!!!“

“Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! Customer service is always fantastic as well. Go and enjoy some cheddar and broccoli soup with a piece of delicious bread or a bagel, and the brownies are so delicious! You can go wrong with the selections at Panara.“

“Every time Ive placed a pick up order my food was always ready on time and still warm. The food quality is always really good and the team there is super friendly. The manager (at least I think he is) gives amazing customer service and always has a smile on. I 100% recommend this location!!“

“I could taste a hint of Chlorine in the tea & energy drink. Usually the water is good with a clean taste. Might need a new filter.The cashier was a older lady, she was very kind and helpful as I wanted to order something different for me.“

“I don't often go to this location... seems short staffed more often... but the food is always excellent and the service has always been good when I have gone here... I have enjoyed going to Panera as a whole for probably 25 + years if not more.. far back to their early days... always consistent... and can't get enough of the orange scones! 🥰“

“Love the fresh food. The tables needed to be cleaned off and the dirty plates were stacking up. Kitchen staff was loud talking with each other and made it difficult to hear my own conversation but when a customer came up to the counter, they were very polite and helpful.“

“Panera always has great food but unfortunately the staff is not always pleasant at this location. One of the issues that I have seen is having someone as a cashier who becomes easily flustered and frustrated when it gets busy. I've experienced that and then it's taken out on me. I completely understand that restaurants get busy but the unpleasantness of the staff is an ongoing thing. I hope they fix it because it's the only Panera on this side of Ballantyne and the entire experience could be wonderful.“
