“I can’t say enough great things about this Smoothie King location. I’d especially like to recognize Ty and the rest of the staff for consistently providing some of the most polite, professional, and welcoming customer service I’ve experienced.

They take the time to get to know their customers, remember your order, and genuinely build a rapport with their guests. There have been days when I’ve come in feeling stressed or having a rough day, and I leave in a much better mood simply because of the kindness and positivity they show every time.

The smoothies are always made perfectly, and I’ve never waited more than five minutes for my order. I’ll gladly drive across town to visit this location instead of one closer to me because I know the quality of both the service and the product will be exceptional.

Get the Power Meal Slim Vanilla, it is sooo good and I never get tired of it!! The avocado toast is chef’s kiss too.

I will say though that the new avocado toast with eggs is a little spicy in a not so good way… (have in mind that I’m not into spicy food) I wish there was an option without the spice. But that’s it, still obsessed and always excited to go back lol“

It was very busy but we still didn't wait long at all, but if we had that would have been reasonable. “My usual experience here never warranted a 5 star review until this past Friday. I got out of my training class and went for the upsize Friday special bc it had been one of those weeks and Charlie made my smoothie. I would come everyday if I knew I could get Charlie taking my order. He’s the absolute best!!! My hulk espresso was perfect!!“

“I went through the drive through and forget to make my order I asked the young lady can I make my order or did I have to go back around I believe she would've made it, but I also believe it would've confused her she was very nice about it and we had a quick lol about the situation“

“I'm sorry to give a negative review because most of the time it's very good here. However, this is the second time I've had a bad experience with a Smoothie King within the last couple of weeks. First, I order delivery, which is done through Uber Eats, and VIKTOR V through Uber Eats never showed up with the order but set the status as delivered. Of course, it's impossible to contest an order like that since it's not done through the Uber app but through Uber in a web browser, and in order to say there's a problem with an order it needs to go through the app; so, no way to get the money back on that one. Then, today, I put in my order at this Smoothie King to be picked up (no more delivery) and the guy working there can't find my order in the freezer. Well, he goes to the back and suddenly pops out with a bag with my order. I get home and find two melted bowls. If he left them out, why didn't he say anything? I guess the airpods he had in his ears helped him sufficiently tune out the consequences of his irresponsible conduct. I hate writing a bad review because I really like what I get most of the time and don't have this experience most of the time. But, once you let people start ruining the business you lose customers. I will think twice before ordering from Smoothie King again.

Update (13 May 2025): I'm glad Smoothie King reached out. I went back yesterday evening and was served by Josh. He's very friendly and did a great job! I'm glad I was able to go and have a good experience again at this Smoothie King as I didn't want to just stop going. I'm bumping up the star ratings.“
