“4-19-24I was hopeful and tried ordering online again today. I don't know who the young lady is working in there today, but she is awesome. My salad was great, and it was sitting there in the bag ready to go when I walked in. I wish she was in there every day. I'm bumping it back up to 4 stars.3-25-24Food and service are usually good here. I usually order online and it's ready when I get here.Today however, I ordered online while I was coming across Jake Alexander Blvd. in Salisbury, but when I got here I still had to wait in line like everyone else.Very disappointing today.“

“I went for breakfast the other day. First time there and it was really good. The eggs were cooked to perfection. I usually don't order grits out because no one knows how to cook them, but they were cook perfectly. All the food tasted fresh and was hot. The waitress was attentive and friendly. I will be back. Thank you for a great experience.“

“It’s been awhile since I had visited this particular location. When we got in for dinner, there was a small line, nothing terrible. Even though they were busy, the staff was having a great time, kept a smile on their faces and humor to make you forget the wait. Food was just as good as expected as well. “This was one of the best Firehouse Subs I've ever been to, the employees were so nice, the place is very festive and vibes were delightful. This health score was also 100 which you don't really see often. If anything I would highly recommend this place.“

“I visited this location yesterday 9/14/23 around 6:15pm. I was originally going to the drive-thru, but my 4 year old insisted we go inside. Upon entering, I was greeted immediately by the gentleman at the register. I had a complicated order, I assume the gentleman that came over to help was the manager/supervisor. He assured me my order would be made exactly the way I wanted, he was amazing! Everyone provided me with excellent customer service, and even made my daughter smile. “It’s a good Sandwich shop. Quality of the bread is good and so many topping options.They have many dressing options. Tried extra large avocado sandwich that will be sufficient for 2 ppl and they make strawberry milkshake with real ice cream and it is yummy too, best place to visit who has cravings for Sandwich.“

“This was one of the best places I've ever been to. We'd had a busy day & Sudbury realize how late it had gotten. It was too late to deliver so I went for pick up.

The staff was amazing, so friendly & had our large order ready super fast. We have complicated orders but didn't have to keep repeating the directions.
