“4-19-24I was hopeful and tried ordering online again today. I don't know who the young lady is working in there today, but she is awesome. My salad was great, and it was sitting there in the bag ready to go when I walked in. I wish she was in there every day. I'm bumping it back up to 4 stars.3-25-24Food and service are usually good here. I usually order online and it's ready when I get here.Today however, I ordered online while I was coming across Jake Alexander Blvd. in Salisbury, but when I got here I still had to wait in line like everyone else.Very disappointing today.“

“I went for breakfast the other day. First time there and it was really good. The eggs were cooked to perfection. I usually don't order grits out because no one knows how to cook them, but they were cook perfectly. All the food tasted fresh and was hot. The waitress was attentive and friendly. I will be back. Thank you for a great experience.“

The food quality is amazing, and veggies and meat are always fresh. The food portions are great and staff happily add extra toppings when I ask for them. “Excellent food and services. We visited on 9.8.25 around 1130 from the VA. This place is exceptional clean and refreshing to dine in or take out.
The workers clothes was cleaned. The prep tables was clean and food wasn't on the floor behind the counter. The windows and glass doors was cleaned....not dust, hand prints or food smears noted on the tables.

“This was one of the best Firehouse Subs I've ever been to, the employees were so nice, the place is very festive and vibes were delightful. This health score was also 100 which you don't really see often. If anything I would highly recommend this place.“
