“First time here. We were visiting in the area and what a find! Off the beaten track and a hidden gem. Staff and server Shelby fantastically friendly, menu knowledgeable and attentive. The reviews we read about their prime rib 100% accurate. Their appetizers and specials really round out the nice menu to include wide array of surf, turf and pasta dishes. Nice waterway view in a casual setting but top notch service and food. Not sure when we will be back in the area but it will be visited for sure if we are.”

“This catering company was wonderful for a wedding celebration. They brought their own cooking supplies, made a wonderful dinner, they were very hospitable, and cleaned up before they left. The entire time they were here they were friendly and asked if they could help with anything. Wonderful addition to any vacation!”

“We ate here day before yesterday for a late lunch and it was so good we went back tonight for dinner. The other day he had a Cuban and the fries and I had a grilled sandwich with granny smith apples and cheese and a Brownie Surprise drizzled with raspberry. The place's decor reminds me of a combo of the 70's and a beach/ocean vibe, the era when we grew up. It's a cute place and the waitresses were sweethearts both times.”

“Well we had 4 meals from this place this week. The pizzas and Stromboli were very good. however this evening we had the Italian cold sub without banana peppers. For the amount paid the sandwich meats were very thin and skimpy. on the one sandwich the cheese was missing entirely. full of green tomatoes, lettuce and onions. The roll was past it's freshness date, however it was a better texture for a sub then many rolls we have had. we are from PA so we know a good hoagie/sub. this was not it. so go enjoy the delicious pizzas, skip the subs.”

“They worked with me to order two cakes for which I drove from Virginia to pickup. The 12 layer Chocolate cake tasted just like my grandmother's; it was moist and tender and that frosting is sublime! I also bought a Coconut-Raspberry 12 layer cake that was the hit at my dinner party! The cake could not have been better, the raspberry wasn't overpowering, but leant a freshness that was unexpected. The coconut frosting was not overly sweet, but tasty. While there, my friend and I each got a sandwich; chicken salad and egg salad, and a scone for lunch which we enjoyed on the ride home. The employees were super helpful and cheerful and all in all, it was a delightful experience and we will be back!”

“We LOVE this place. This is our 2nd year at the OBX in May and back at this bakery. Every time we walk in, the kids are given a small donut. I am very pregnant and tired and the lady helping me was so good with my kids who weren’t satisfied by anything lol. I tried the Vietnamese iced coffee today and it was to die for!!!! I wish I lived closer I’d give them all my money. Also the black cat on the deck was the perfect touch. It doesn’t get better than that”

“Chill laid back outdoor spot to grab a cold beer. Mostly local Nc beers. A few other options. No food but food options are near by.Large outdoor tables and an outdoor bar. No indoor seating so business is dependent on good weather.Really nice outdoor trees keep it pretty shady. Plenty of fans to keep the air moving.Mon-thur they have music and about the only place open late.”

“Unbelievable! By far the best Italian food and pizza we have ever eaten. Who knew we had to come to the outer banks to experience such a wonderful meal. Portions are enough for two, drinks are top notch and the service was 5 star. Highly recommend sitting outside. We sat on the patio around 7 and enjoyed a beautiful sunset. Our waiter was also friendly, attentive and very professional. This will be a regular spot for us in the years to come.”

Do not skip out on the fresh lemon on the fish!And the sauce that’s served with is too good. We both agreed if they sold it in a bottle we’d be taking some home.Definitely recommend!”

This is definitely not a place you judge at it’s look don’t get me wrong it’s super clean just not fancy but I’m not paying for atmosphere I want great food kind staff and a good price and this place exceeds that. I live about 2 hours from here and would be willing to drive that for dinner here. Please do yourself a favor and give this play a shot you will not regret it.Kid-friendliness: They made ACP kid meals for my kids tho they did not show them on the menu.”

“Me and my husband came in from out of town and were looking for a spot to get a drink and some quick grub. If you been to the outerbanks prior then you are aware that all places usually close the kitchen by like 8 pm, especially around this time of the year. We came to Ike’s around 10 pm and even though the kitchen was closed they surprised us and made fries, wings and mozzarella sticks. Let me say the at food was plentiful and tasted great. The margaritas were on point and every one was so friendly and welcoming. Music was also jamming. We will be back and glad we came in. Thanks for the hospitality everyone.”

“Super quick lunch stop before our wild horse tour. Food came out very fast and was a nice portion to share. We got the half chicken with cornbread, mac and cheese and coleslaw. Chicken was nice and juicy! A nice last minute stop, give it a try.”

“Finding good sushi when you're from out of town can be hard... You're always a little worried that you'll leave sick this place was amazing. great service and awesome sushi. Small, homey, family run. really loved the Fusion rolls and the pork gyoza was exaxtly what I was hoping for! Highly recommend!”

“Old fashioned BBQ joint. Seating area and bathrooms were clean, food was good and service was quick. I only tried the pulled pork sandwich and it was delicious. The rest of the menu has your typical fare. Several choices of meats and sides. I couldn't find any one thing that makes truly unique but what they're doing is done well, at least from the good amount of patrons that were there.”

“My friends and I were looking for something to eat for dinner after a 5 hour drive and we stumbled upon this place. We came at the right time since it wasn't busy and we got our food quick, about 10 minutes. Best decision ever! Their cheesesteaks were delicious & it definitely filled us up! I got the 7-inch mushroom & pepper cheesesteak w/ a large order of ranch fries. I wish they added a bit more cheese on my cheesesteak, but it had lots of meat & it was still delish. Their ranch fries were fresh, crispy, & seasoned well (they use dry ranch seasoning btw).”
