“I came for the coffee, but apparently the real reason to come here is Haley. 😂 She is genuinely one of those people who can make a completely ordinary coffee run feel a little brighter. She’s kind, funny, welcoming, and somehow manages to keep a smile even when the place is busy and everyone desperately needs caffeine immediately. Give that girl a raise, a trophy, or at minimum unlimited donuts. 🍩☕ Haley, you’re a gem!“

“I shared with one of the workers something that took place previously, and they assured me that it was wrong. Well I have to tell you, I am very happy with this place after visiting today. I tried a Boston creme, and the last time I tried one in a dunkin' Donuts was in Four Oaks, and it was very bad. Or maybe South Carolina. Wasn't good, trust me, but this exceeded my expectations. Now I know where to go for Boston Creme donuts. I have been a very frequent visitor. You won't be disappointed. I get an egg, cheese and bacon, plain bagel sandwich, and it's good.“

“Just ordered a large coffee, the young lady made it fresh for me and I was very grateful. I jus moved to this area of Hickory and I will become a reoccurring customer for sure. I asked her about a few of the restaurants in the area & she was nice enough to give suggestions, very sweet young lady thank you so much!“

“Most of the employees are so nice and accommodating, my only complaint is that usually my drinks have too much ice. But my drinks are always made fast and correctly, most of the bad reviews have clearly just never worked customer service or understand how workplaces work. Like sorry but calling corporate on teenage minimum wage workers won’t help anybody.“

“I did not like my SF vanilla latte at all. The workers were so kind; they remade it once, but it still tasted like watery nothingness. So, they made it AGAIN with regular vanilla. They didn’t complain or anything. They wanted to make it right. I really appreciate that! 4 stars just because it’s Dunkin and their coffee is always mid. Croissant sandwich was great though as always!“
