“This cafe/bakery is one of the best in Charlotte . The artisan breads , croissants , coffee are of superior quality. The breads are made with French flour which means it has not been ruined by glyphosate ,like here in the US . ( EU bans glyphosate ). Come by and enjoy !!“

“I love nothing Bundt cakes. I go to multiple locations. I own the lunchbox, that gives you a special for every visit. All of the other locations the special is buy 3 get 1 free. The Concord location was the only one that you had to buy 4 get one free. I went about 3 weeks ago and was told that the special changed to buy 3 get 1 free. I was excited. I then visited 2 weeks later and was told that they did not honor the lunchbox anymore. I asked to speak to someone else. The first employee told me the manager told them to tell everyone that and if they got pushback to go ahead and honor the lunchbox. Shady customer service. When the second employee came out they said I could do the buy 3 get 1 free or the buy 4 get 1 free whichever one I wanted. The cakes are always delicious when I come to this store and it is close to my house. However I wish the manager valued loyalty and delivered better customer service.“

“Saw an ad on Facebook that a cheesecake food truck was coming to Troutman, and even though I’d never heard of them before, the photos of their mason jar desserts immediately caught my attention. I decided it was worth the 20-minute drive to check it out.
They opened at 4:30, and when I got there around 4:36, the line was already long. Between waiting to order and then waiting to pick up, it took about 30 minutes total—but honestly, it moved pretty efficiently. The staff was friendly and working nonstop to keep up with the demand. A lot of people were ordering multiple jars at once, which seemed like a good sign.

I went with the 16 oz strawberry cheesecake, and it did not disappoint. It was delicious—creamy, flavorful, and definitely worth the wait. I’d absolutely track this truck down again.

Their store locations are about an hour away, so it was awesome their food truck came closer. Fingers crossed they make an appearance at the Downtown Mooresville food trucks this summer!“

“Had a baby reveal and double birthday celebration.. I had specific idea for a cake for expecting sisters..Rachel did an edible image I provided and decorated just as I had requested..PERFECTION!! And this was by far THE BEST marble cake I have ever eaten. Beyond moist and amazing icing!!! I also had 40 mini cupcakes a mix of 4 flavors (lemon, strawberry, red velvet and carrot) and I cannot tell you which was better…all the best yummy representation of their flavor!!! This was our first time ordering a custom cake and she was very patient with us and helped us through the process. We were celebrating my dad’s 75th birthday. We sent over some inspiration photos and told her some things about my dad and she put together the most beautiful work of art. This cake was made with love ya’ll. The staff and even other restaurant guests were commenting on it. My dad was so honored that she’d captured him so well in the cake. The details from the basketballs to the chalkboard were immaculate and thoughtful. This blew us away and exceeded all of our expectations. “Parked between container and trash bin at 7pm last night. Checked in 7:30 am. Not sure if I could've gotten in earlier or not. They jumped right on me and started unloading me. Parking for about 8 trucks along curb. Not sure if you can park in front of the 3 doors you would load/unload at. Everybody was very friendly. Ring the bell and wait. Ive heard bad stories about wait time. I guess I just got lucky. Unloaded by 8:30am.“
