“Our 1st visit while staying overnight at the Comfort Inn. Receptionist was very nice and helpful. Our waitress Landen was great. We had the chicken and dumpling soup, and the beef and black bean soup. Plus hushpuppies. Everything was good.“

“I have been here before but it has been quite a while but this was the first time bringing my mom. Very fun decor (nascar and football themed) We sat inside the bus located inside the restaurant which had little mini TV’s playing kids movies. Very fun. I ordered the BBQ plate which included 2 sides (Mac-n-cheese & baked beans) not your typical Mac-n-cheese - like curly pasta noodles and white cheddar cheese. Baked beans with yummy with onions & bits of bbq in them. The flavor of the BBQ sauce is good. I’m not a vinegar based girl so it was nice to have another option to dip my BBQ in. Husband said the ribs were seasoned well & not dry. Waitress was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!“

“Decided to try Boss Hog BBQ out since every time we drive by it seems to be crowded. Now we see why! We ordered the Chopped BBQ Tray along with a Philly Cheesesteak. The food tasted great and the different sauces they have are amazing. We will definitely be back again since they have a large menu with lots of other good looking items we want to try!“

“Because of a glitch in City BBQ's website my order ended up in FLA instead of Huntersville. Three of the employees noticed I had been waiting too long in the pick-up spot and came out to check on me. We found my order in FLA, they had it transferred and filled within five minutes. “My co-workers and I were passing through on a business trip and we were hungry for BBQ. The lady who took our order was very friendly. Food was fantastic and got samples of the meat we didn't order to try. I got a piece of German Chocolate cake for later in the hotel and it was as good as our food was. Highly recommend Bobee O's if you are in the area.“

“These folks are listed out of Huntersville, but they travel, and I, for one, am extremely grateful for their mobility.They have 2 enormous smokers, and they most definitely know how to use them.Turkey wings, legs, chicken, BBQ, etc. I could go on and on, but I included a close-up shot of their menu for you to look over yourself.They are located on Statesville Ave on Fridays. Right across from the Shell gas station and right next door to Jerry's grocery store in a huge gravel filled lot. There is plenty of room for parking and some picnic tables to sit at as well.The sweet tea is Southern, and the Q is definitely on point, with their own sauce, not quite all Eastern NC style and not quite all Western NC style, but a nice crossover. Loved the potato salad, and the turkey leg was smoked to absolute perfection. You can literally taste the infusion of smokiness in each and every single bite. My co-worker ordered a couple of cheeseburgers and some fries and said they were a big hit as well. The burger actually covered the entire bun. He said the Q sauce was great for dipping the fries as well.You can follow them and see where they'll be located each and every day. “The BEST“

“We've dined at Longhorn Steakhouse in Mooresville, NC about a dozen or so times and we almost always very satisfied with our meals which is why always we come back. My wife and I dined here this evening and experienced what we felt was a very elevated level of service compared to our previous dining experiences at this location that prompts this review.

Tonight was extremely busy given that it is a Saturday and it is somewhat understandable and almost expected for most servers to not be as attentive. Not the case at all with Ayana tonight who stepped up for us big time. I would add that she even covered for a busy kitchen who was slow with our appetizer by bringing our salads sooner than expected. Ayana's attention to us overshadowed what could have set the tone for a poor dining experience. I would equate it in football terms like a teammate fumbling the ball and your star wide receiver recovering it and running it in for a touchdown.

To servers out there...little things count when it comes to dining satisfaction, and with everything being so expensive everywhere, consider that patrons may choose to go elsewhere next time. Does the customer have everything they need? Are their glasses empty? Are they satisfied with their meal?

Being in the service industry ourselves, customer service is super important to us. It is every bit as important as the meal itself! It is really refreshing and reinforces to us as frequent restaurant patrons that there are still servers who take pride in what they do and want to serve you well.

To restaurant patrons....step up with a nice tip when you receive it and ask for that server again on your next visit. They will likely repeat the exceptional service. When you visit Longhorn Steakhouse in Mooresville, please ask for Ayana and let her know you read about her in this review. We'll certainly be asking for her again.

Note to management: Please ditch the awful bread you currently serve and bring in sourdough. It'll be just one more reason people will want to dine at Longhorn Steakhouse other than just great steak.“
