“So delighted with service with a smile and assistance from everyone even if it was not my server. I took my grandson 14 today for his birthday at Fresh Watch Huntersville. I asked for the special BD offer. Mgr explained the procedure to get this promotion. However she made a exception which impressed me as well as the birthday boy. Food excellent, server I called Ebony (wrong name) smiled and brought all things requested in a timely fashion without the usual look of give me a chance. The 5ft 3 Mgr made small talk with BD boy. She was amazing customer care with ease. Ki thank you.“

“Waiting for a seat outside can be long. I never understood why when no one is there when I come but inside of its under a 15 min wait..lol but the service is always good. Food is good as well.

Parking: May have to go into loews parking lot if they are crowded at famous toastery

“Food was decent, eggs overcooked on an omelet otherwise was good. The wait was minimal but got busy close to 10:30am with others waiting for tables to open. The atmosphere was nice but was very loud with no sound dampening, we couldn't hear each other talking and asked each to repeat what one said. Price was fair for quality and quantity. Would I return? Maybe as long as it wasn't on a busy morning and definitely would get something that's not egg related. Service she would check on us when possible due to low staffing for how busy they were. We waited for about 5 to 10 mins to get our check to leave because we kept trying to find her to make eye contact with.“

“We experienced the sweetest group of staff working here! The food was delicious especially the cinnamon biscuits covered in sugar. The breakfast bowl was extra large, enough for 2 servings. The best part though was the excellent staff and service ✨✨“

“As an avid chaser of value, I often find myself stopping at IHOP during my travels. Now that the value meals are a printed part of the menu and not just a sticker on menu, I often gravitate to one or two of them for a good meal. This time I opted for my old favorite the big steak omelette. We could tell the sever was new and trying to find comfort in her position, her service wes good. The food came out quickly and correct. All in all a great experience.“

“I just had the best experience at the Lancaster SC Biscuitville! The guy that took my order, Calvin, just brightened my day. The energy he has welcoming me and saying good morning was wonderful! I honestly thought it was a recording at first. His personality it not something you witness at most businesses. Hey Calvin, if you see this post, thank you for making my day happier! “My sisters & I stopped in on July 11, 2023. Super friendly staff. Our waitress was so sweet & the entire staff was friendly to us. We’re from Texas, so we don’t have many Waffle House restaurants in our area. Food was ok, but the friendly service was 5 star!“
