“An authentic experience that was welcoming and informative of the menu. This experience allowed my husband and I to try something new and feel comfortable not knowing everything listed on the menu. The staff aided in our decision that offered a diverse taste of the culture. Throughout the dining experience in this small yet cozy restaurant checked in with us to ensure we were pleased and knew how to use all components of the meal. The flavor was rich offering a satisfying taste. Highly recommend giving this truly authentic restaurant a try.“

I recently purchased a large party pack for my son’s 12th birthday party and the team was fantastic! They were patient, explaining thoroughly and answering all my questions- they even patiently communicated with my son about topping choices!
We decided to go in and get some ice cream on his actual birthday and the young lady was so fantastic (and had actually prepped our party pack 2 days earlier than we planned to pick them up) that I decided to buy a second party pack and have NO regrets!
5 stars all the way! Great service- great work- great experience!!!“

“We are from out of town and wanted to try something new. Manager delivered our food and asked us about our visit. He thanked us for picking them for lunch and gave us chips and queso on the house! All of our food was delicious. The atmosphere was inviting and the staff was friendly. Highly recommend!!!!“

“So delighted with service with a smile and assistance from everyone even if it was not my server. I took my grandson 14 today for his birthday at Fresh Watch Huntersville. I asked for the special BD offer. Mgr explained the procedure to get this promotion. However she made a exception which impressed me as well as the birthday boy. Food excellent, server I called Ebony (wrong name) smiled and brought all things requested in a timely fashion without the usual look of give me a chance. The 5ft 3 Mgr made small talk with BD boy. She was amazing customer care with ease. Ki thank you.“

“We come from New York and lived in Boca Raton and have now lived in Cornelius for four years and the food here in North Carolina is horrible to say the least! Acqua Ragazza is finally a place where you can find an excellent dining experience! The only downfall is that the prices are a bit high for the area where it is located and to add insult to injury when we asked for additional bread, they charged us a whopping four dollars which after what we were charged for the meal was shocking to say the least! Aside from that unless you either live in The Point in Mooresville or The Peninsula in Cornelius, very few people in this area will be able to afford the prices! Just a Point to Ponder for Management!“

“Waiting for a seat outside can be long. I never understood why when no one is there when I come but inside of its under a 15 min wait..lol but the service is always good. Food is good as well.

“Incredible! So many gluten free options, marked clearly on the menu. And FANTASTIC gluten free key lime pie! The owner, Nelson, made sure we knew how much they cared about making an affordable and safe GF dining experience. Loved the ambience and the food; the burger was one of the best I've ever had and the gf bun was soooo fluffy! They give you a FREE cookie at the end and the gf cookie was actually soft and not crumbly. I cried a little I was so excited. I will be back!“

“I was on vacation with 3 other couples. we had a reservation on 8/22/25. Our server "Q" was great and did a wonderful job going over the specials and recommendations. The french onion soup was delicious. I am typically not a steak person, but decided to try the petite filet with garlic butter and the baked potato. It was phenomenal and I was very pleased with my choice. others got the ribs, lamb, lobster bisque, a plethora of sides, cheescake and lava cake....nothing was less than delicious. Bonus, I got engaged here as well“

“I love their chicken salad. I was so disappointed when they took it off their menu. The last time I was there I. asked the manager about it. He said they now run it as a special every other week. And to call each week to see if it was a special well today was my lucky day! I called and it was on special! I have to say I was disappointed when I saw they had cut back on the portion size and cost had gone up. But I wanted it that bad and paid the price! It was still as good as ever. I also tried their cheesecake and oh my it was awesome. I could not eat it all at one setting!“

“Pho was tasty, but broth was luke warm. When we went to the counter the people greeting us had the personally of a thumbtack, served its purpose, but be cautious it could poke you.
The part could be me just being old, but I didn't want to pay the up charge when you order through doordash so I called to place an order for pick up and was told I had to go through the web site. Maybe this was just the tack poking me, but why can't you just take an order??? Are we now so out of touch that we must do everything through any way that ensures we don't actually have to talk to a human. Again - Maybe I'm just old.“
