“This food was beyond my expectations. I got the tikka masala plate with basmati rice, paneer, and the chickpeas which were out of this world delicious. To cool off the heat I had the mango lassi which was the perfect compliment to the food. Whenever I am back in Durham I will definitely stop here go eat again. Everyone was very nice and quick to make my dinner. Greatly appreciated.“

“Lime & Lemon Indian Grill is our go-to spot for all our catering needs! We had catering done this past weekend, and the food was absolutely incredible! The naans were super soft, the flavors were spot-on, and the service was top-notch from beginning to end. The food was from the Chapel Hill location. They also accommodated our dietary restrictions, like no onion or garlic, and they nailed it! They arrived on time and were super well-prepared! They also took care of all the details throughout the event and helped with everything towards the end. It was a huge relief to know that we could trust someone from start to finish. I highly recommend Lime and Lemon for all your catering needs. Ravi, thank you for always providing excellent service and amazing food.“

“I've been eating Indian food from restaurants for years. I'm picky! India Gate's food is excellent. When I visit friends near there, we often get their food. We like it so much that we chose them to prepare all the food for an upcoming big party that we will be hosting. I recommend them!“

“My husband & me stopped here for the first time today. We have friends from the Punjab, so we love this style of food! So delicious! Spiced the way I enjoy (very spicy!)! And, also the way my husband enjoys (not nearly as spicy!)! And goodly portions! We will be back!“

“I see a lot of people here complaining about this “express” Indian cuisine. Go to Royal India and pay $25 a plate if you want! Meanwhile I’ll be here on my lunch break enjoying Tikka, rice, and a samosa for $7.51 including tax. Get outta here y’all snobs“

“I have been here several times with my friends and colleagues. We have lunch party with my colleagues many times they provided free dessert. The quality of the food is good (both veg and nonveg). Lavina (staff of the restaurant) was excellent with both her recommendations and service. I strongly recommend this restaurant for lunch/dinner.“
