My husband had omakase and said everything was so fresh! I am definitely going to try the omakase next time. M sushi was our favorite meal in Durham during our weekend visit.“

“A part of my order was not delivered, although I ordered on their direct website. when I called to ask for a refund, I was told that they would not do so because they are only responsible for making the food. Noone offered to contact the driver service to rectify. Instead, when I mentioned that I could only choose to not use the restaurant again, I was laughed at. Very unfortunate. I used to greatly enjoy this location. UPDATE: The restaurant reached out, apologized, and are doing what they can to make it right. I appreciate the follow up, and I totally will go back. The food is good, and they are one of the few places in that part of Durham that isn't a chain.“

“Just stopped in to get something because my wife and I were in the area and there isn’t a location where we live. There were two young ladies working. They didn’t explain how things work and we were charged more than expected because we got two proteins….the sign says two proteins for the regular. Then rather than explaining to us they acted as if we should have known and said we didn’t make them aware of what we wanted. I think this is poor customer service and makes us not want to come back.
