“I had a fantastic experience at Sushioki in Durham, NC! We tried the spicy tuna burrito and the HoeDeopBap burrito, and both were absolutely delicious. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the flavors were spot on. The service was excellent — the staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend Sushioki for anyone craving a fresh, tasty sushi burrito in Durham!“

“Loved it here! We splurged a little and got an appetizer and drinks, and we were so impressed! I had possibly the best chicken katsu of my life (perfect crisp, great blend of sauces, and fabulous rice as well), and my wife had a delicious bahn mi sandwich. The crab rangoons were also fantastic; they use a thinner wrapper than I'm used to, more like a spring roll? But super crisp and tasty with a fabulous dipping sauce. Definitely coming back anytime we can afford it; we're so glad we found this place!“
“Genji is a sushi station in Whole Foods. So you have to purchase what has been made. Sushi master who is a vey talented, knowledgeable person can also take orders. However this is mostly is a one man show. If he is not busy he can take specific orders. I love his work. Rice is perfectly seasoned, fish is fresh.“

“Looking for some delicious poke bowls Zenfish is the perfect place. Immaculate service from Leo and Gordon making me feel right at home. And when my food was ready right away it did not disappoint, delicious! I highly recommend the nachos, sriracha aioli, and the miso cookies are the perfect complement.“

“I used to love going to this place over the last 10 years or so. However since covid it has really gone down. It's gotten more expensive and you get less and less food every time. I'm disappointed bc as I stated before I absolutely loved eating here pre covid.“

“Peony had been the go-to spot for a while and the food is great for take out and normally on-point with their service. However, something is wrong with their system because the last few times as it seems to be “losing my online order” meaning I have to wait an extra 20 minutes. Nothing major would just recommend they upgrade their ordering service to minimize these minor, but recently consistent inconveniences. Would recommend calling to place order.“

“We love Akashi. The staff is so friendly and our orders are always perfection. We typically order an app (soft shell crab or fried squid legs), sushi (spider roll & shrimp tempura roll) and hibachi or ramen :)“

“Very easy very good value for the product. All you can eat sushi train and no waitress you order at your seat. Very convenient for those who want a nice meal without having to wait to eat. The sushi train platform where the plates sit need cleaning“

“A part of my order was not delivered, although I ordered on their direct website. when I called to ask for a refund, I was told that they would not do so because they are only responsible for making the food. Noone offered to contact the driver service to rectify. Instead, when I mentioned that I could only choose to not use the restaurant again, I was laughed at. Very unfortunate. I used to greatly enjoy this location. UPDATE: The restaurant reached out, apologized, and are doing what they can to make it right. I appreciate the follow up, and I totally will go back. The food is good, and they are one of the few places in that part of Durham that isn't a chain.“

“Pokeworks is my favorite spot for poke in the Triangle. I build my own bowl with their fresh salmon. I love that you can get so many toppings. Plus their Hawaiian salt and chili dressing option is the best. The staff has also been really kind. 10/10 recommend!“

“I will say that I can be a bit of a Hibachi snob, as it's one of my favorite foods, so I was a bit hesitant about eating hibachi that isn't cooked directly in front of me.
This is the first time that I've ordered take-out for hibachi buuuuuut it was excellent!! I ordered the Shrimp and Steak and it was delicious!
The pre-packaged yum-yum and ginger sauces (they standardly provide 2 yy and 1 ginger) were also unexpectedly amazing and they complimented the meal perfectly. The portions were also generous, as they completely covered my to go box.
I will DEFINITELY be revisiting this hidden gem the next time I had to Raleigh! I've found a new favorite!“

“M sushi is the finest in Asian cuisine that Durham has to offer, and it rivals other greats across the country. Chef Michael Lee has brought true excellence to the Triangle with his group of “M Restaurants”. This one in particular is the most special of his spots in terms of atmosphere, service, and food. Parking is very convenient and inexpensive at the Chapel Hill St garage or parking lot right behind the restaurant“
