“I wanted Chinese for lunch today. And it helps when you're hungry.... hun-gry!! I was in time to get a lunch combo, so I got General Tso's with shrimp 🍤 low-mein. The chicken 🐔 chunks were nice and big, and the sauce was thick; it could've been thinner but was still very tasty. I also got fried dumplings, an egg roll, and the fried bread for a sweet treat. It was all good. Everything was cooked well and seasoned; nothing bland. The appearance was good.

“The food was fresh and rice was jasmine rice which is my fav. Egg rolls shrimp and pork were crispy and delicious. They basically cook to order.“

“This place has fried chicken, along with a fried seafood selection. For me, I usually order the scallop platter which comes with fries and hush puppies. I order rice instead of fries.Since it is also a Chinese-American restaurant, I still order my house special lo mein (no vegetables) with a side of teriyaki chicken sticks. The fried wontons are really good also.“

“After seeing some bad reviews I figured I see for my self. With other places in town not good at all I was very hopeful this place was good. It did not disappoint. We ordered multiple different things and they all were perfect. Placing the order over the phone was easy. Check out was done by I assume the owners child but she was super pleasant and knowledgeable.“

“Not many places in this area that offer Chinese food. Hungry Panda is the best in the OBX area and the cleanest with a 99 rating by the County Health Department. Portions are plentiful and flavorful. We enjoyed the complementary Fortune Cookies and purchased Almond Cookies for our late night snack attack. Great place to come for a local Asian cuisine.
Parking: Parking is conveniently located directly in front of the building and on the side.“

“I LOVEEEE this place! Def recommend the frog legs, salt and pepper crabs, coconut shrimp, fried noodles, those sugar donut things, and a togo tray. I fell in love with this place when the scale determined my price. I get everything I want for about $10-$12. Especially when you fresh outta work all the food hits.
*side note... I'm pescatarian and I picked up what I thought was coconut shrimp and it was COCONUT CHICKEN.
Other than that, so good--- Gracias <3“
