They were helping each other, filling glasses and delivering food for each other, the hostess never stopped moving…constantly checking to see if wait staff needed assistance. “We held a rehearsal dinner for my son’s wedding at Caribsea! We were so pleased with everything from the planning to the final bill. The atmosphere was elegant and cozy, the food was fabulous, and the service was above and beyond! We had a lot of guests with food allergies… chef prepared specific plates for each of those guests, they labeled all of the food just in case we missed anyone’s allergy (we did buffet style for the majority of our 50 guests.) The final cost (even with an open bar) was a pleasant surprise. I gave Caribsea a budget and they stayed well under - I was shocked. The quality of everything was worth so much more. Everyone had a great time! I want to thank Vito, chef and the wait staff - everyone was so kind and so professional!
