“While trying to find a spot for lunch on New Year's Eve, we decided to eat here since the menu had a lot of variety. Actually eating there was great - the restaurant was cozy and we sat by the wood burning fireplace. The proprietress was so friendly and had a fun conversation about her father and Greece. Food was generously portioned and very tasty. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely come back.“

“Had dinner with a group of friends. We all enjoyed our meals. Tuna nachos, pork belly and wings were very tasty to start the meal. The main dishes we had included the brick chicken, shrimp and grits and smash burger. We cleaned our plates…great flavors and taste! We would DEFINITELY go back!“

“Yeah, my dad loves coming here and we get the salmon and instead of getting the rice we get the baked potato and it's delicious every time and they are we so sweet and friendly here. And yeah, this is our game. “We love our outings to Creekside - Georgia loves the chicken and fries and I had buffalo wings this time which I really enjoyed. I usually get the salad with smoked chicken and its my all time favorite. The staff are great and the atmosphere is cozy. So if you are looking for a great place to eat, with a good atmosphere and great eats - Creekside is my favorite place in East Asheville.“

“Don't know why they stopped making fluffy biscuits. Flat ones are just sad and if you get toast... we'll they don't toast it, they grill it. The toast comes off tasting like whatever preceded it on the grill. Yuk.
Normally my egg whites are good, but seemed wet. Sure it was from the grilled chicken strips juice that wasn't drained before putting them on my plate. Gosh I hate to complain, but even my grits were runny.
Sure hope this location was a one off because I normally love their food.“

“Delicious burgers, friendly staff, and an inability to look down due to the breathtaking views in EVERY direction make Foothills Grange a mandatory stop when you visit Black Mountain.
Update: There are beautiful spring colors in BM, the fries are still amazing, and the place is very dog friendly.“

“Yes recommended, BUT… We are just a couple of locals who have enjoyed coming here periodically since they opened to support local food and beverage and to see the changes as they happen. We stopped in today and it was the worst experience we’ve had there. We were just stopping in for a drink at the bar and since there was a seat available for us, didn’t think it would be an imposition. Not only were we made to feel imposing at the door without a reservation (not required YET for the bar), but after being greeted by the bartender with “be with you in a moment”, no one ever again so much as looked at us for 20 more minutes. Watching the obviously flustered and untrained BT look at a recipe card to make Moscow mules for people who arrived after us, we decided it was best to just call it a night. I’m sure we’ll give them another try, at some point, but just be aware if you’re not staying at the hotel you may have issues. Disappointing, given the considerable investment the owner has and continues to make in this venture.“

And offer a wedge salad and i mean the kind where you take a head of lettuce and cut into quarters
Get rid of the flies and either clean the a 1 bottles or just throw them away when that older steak sauce gets on the outside of the top and the lid of the bottle just can't be clean
And servers need to pre bus better i seen this poor host make three trips with full trays was crazy“

“Went in alone to a shady dive bar!!! Welcomed with open arms! Great atmosphere, very Cheers like atmosphere, everyone knew everyone else. I was a stranger, but was introduced to everyone. Was shone around like a new friend! Such a happy atmosphere, no politics allowed.. it's a safe space!! Great prices, smoking allowed outside. Great place.“

“We stopped by there today on Christmas and they were opening at 3! so we waited 15 more mins it was 2:45 then. When I tell you we had the food and dining experience at the bar. The young lady working was awesome happy friendly and full of energy. Thank you for opening today to feed others and leave your home and family. When we come back that way we will definitely eat there again“

“Longhorn restaurants never let us down. We visited this restaurant, on mothers day evening, travelling from U.K. and were welcomed by our server, Kevin. He went above and beyond with his exceptional service and kept us entertained with his tales of British music artists. Nothing was to much trouble for him. “No matter the day of the week or time of day , we always get fast , friendly service at this location. From the servers to the store Manager Hector are always working hard , friendly and treat the customers like family. We have ate at most restaurants in the area and prefer to come here because the orders are always right , and no we don't order the same thing. Food always hit , rarely ever wait even when it seems full and cant veet the friendly staff . Honestly it is a home town feel that we have grown to love.“
