“The country styled steak taste like a frozen piece o eat doesn’t taste the least bit like country styled steak the gravy tasted horrible. The green bean on my husband’s plate tasted like the can that they came out off. The fried okra tasted like it had been sitting awhile and cold. The only hot thing on my plate was the fried squash. Tour food wasn’t worth what we paid for it. I did notice that a lot of people left a lot of food on there plates uneaten. Will not be going back.“

“We went to Longhorn right during the dinner service. The AC was out but everyone was still super friendly. We were sat immediately. Our server was Tasia J and we will definitely be back. She knew what we needed before we even asked. I had the ribeye and it was VERY HEAVILY peppered to the point I couldn’t eat it. I didn’t want to send it back since I had several bites. I asked Tasia if it was always like that and she said no. She took it back for me and got a new one with light seasoning. She was absolutely AMAZING. We will definitely return!“

“I usually love Marco’s…pizzas are the best, however when i tried ordering online today, to use the BOGO free pizza coupon code ON THE FRONT PAGE OF THE SALISBURY STORE WEBSITE, it wouldn’t allow me to use. I called the store to order and use the code and the guy on the phone said he had no idea why and couldn’t help me. You need your fix your website and stop advertising items/coupons that we cannot use.“

The menus are available on the tables and a server comes over and waits on you. When you’re done you walk up to counter and pay. Overall 10/10“

“I pulled in and parking lot was full which was a good sign. Went right in and sat ourselves. Great value for the money. Fed 4 people, good sized portions for less than 35.00 which is huge. Bathroom was clean, food was quick and delicious and the service was fast and friendly. Great stop over off the interstate if you are travelling through and need lunch.

Red slaw was a good local favorite. Just fyi, bread for BBQ platter are buns. Not sure why but I thought it might be toast or something else. Just may need to clarify and say buns.“

“My boyfriend and I stopped in for dinner Sunday evening 7/26. First of all, shout out to our server, Betty! She took great care of us from start to finish! We had Fettuccine Alfredo with Shrimp and Baked Zitti. Both excellent choices! Shrimp were huge and could taste the sausage in the sauce with the zitti. Salads were very good, also. We both had enough for boxes to take home! Our only negative comment is it was extremely loud in there when we were dining. We will return and request Ms. Betty to be our server again! 😀“

“We are photographers and tried Johnny's Farmhouse Restaurant after shooting a wedding this evening in Concord. It was an hour before close and our sweet waitress gave us just as much attention as if it was the middle of the day. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. When we received our meals, we were delightfully surprised at the size of the portions. I had the quarter fried chicken and my husband had the maple pork chop. We had squash, roasted baby potatoes, and green beans. We also had cornbread and rolls. Everything was fresh and homemade! We highly recommend Johnny's Farmhouse Restaurant if you are in Concord!“

“As usual, the service was exceptional, and our server took care of us with Southern grace and charm. The food was served promptly and piping hot, and all of our demands met immediately and cheerfully.
The atmosphere was typical Cracker Barrel, cookie cutter, but comforting in its own way, sort of like going home after a long trip abroad. Not much has changed, but here and there are some things that need exploring, and there might be a surprise right around the next couple. And we did find a few that we couldn't do without!

“I wanted to take a few minutes and share the wonderful experience we had on Thursday, August 29th. A group of 12 of us came in for a birthday. We did not call ahead or make a reservation. We arrived at 6PM and was told there was unfortunately an hour or so wait (all good that's on us for not planning ahead better). The manager Matthew was very kind to us during our wait and kept apologizing.(no need again as it was our fault but we do appreciate the kindness) We had a very pleasant waiting experience & kept the Bartender Tiffany W busy 😉 while we waited on our table to be ready. She was busy , but provided EXCELLENT service during our (many trips) up to the bar 😆 We were seated by 7:30 & were greeted by 2 more WONDERFUL people - Kelly O & Haley F. They did fantastic during our entire visit , kept our drinks filled, etc. We finished up and paid around 9(also want to mention that the food was wonderful and everyones came out cooked just right & very timely!). It truly was a great experience and I personally (hate) dining out in groups, but we will definitely be back ! Thanks again Logan's of Kannapolis !!!“

“Post-church we decided to have a late breakfast and drove out to Cagney’s in Granite Quarry. The restaurant focuses primarily on southern fare and we watched a lot of really good looking plates passing by us as we waited for our food. Our table enjoyed eggs prepared a variety of ways, shredded hash browns, cubed potatoes, grits, bacon, turkey sausage, regular sausage, biscuits, and wheat toast. Everything was really good and our waitress did a nice job. The dining area is comfortable, the menu is expansive and they have specials everyday. While we did not get desserts, they have a variety of cakes that looked amazing. Next time!“
