“Today I really wanted a beverage from Starbucks. When I ordered and received it, it looked amazing, however it was the small size, oh no!!! I accidentally ordered a small but wanted the large. Jenny took my order and was very friendly and helpful when I described what I wanted. After I saw the drink and realized it wasn’t the size I thought it ordered, PJ asked if I would like him to make me the size I thought I had ordered. I said yes please and he made me another one. I was able to pay the other one forward.That really helped to brighten my day and the drink was amazingly yummy.???“
