“Located at the north end of the Village of Avon, this small shop has great coffee, friendly service, and a casual, greeting atmosphere. The barista is more than willing to accommodate special requests. There's even a small children's area with books to look at for young families. In addition to the traditional beach gear for sale, they have a small, but nice selection of books for sale, and a bin full of stickers, for those so inclined to collect them. Check it out! 5 smily faces... 😀😀😀😀😀“

“From the moment you walk in you are greated with the warmest atmosphere and kind friendly faces that make you feel like a regular on your very first visit! The coffee is delicious! I get The Blondie. If you are looking for a spot to relax,recharge or catch up with friends-this is it. Highly recommend stopping by... you won't regret it! 😘“

“This was our second time here but with more family and it did not disappoint. This was our last night of our vacation. Staff was friendly, our waitress was on it. Best service. Food and drinks were great. Live music was awesome. It was the perfect ending to a wonderful vacation.“

“I am so glad to see the opened up again. I feel like the place should be on a boardwalk, i mean that in a good way. The fish sandwich I had was absolutely delicious - better than expected for sure. There are a few tables and a small indoor bar, a bunch of outside picnic tables, and a small outside bar (facing inside). It was nice and I will go back.“

“Avon’s Froggy Dog is always a must when we’re in the OBX. The food is amazing, the service is fast and cheerful, and Liza makes the BEST Bloody Mary on the island. Go for the Sunday Brunch - you’ll be glad you did!“

“I’ve been coming there every year since they were a smaller shop. This was the first year I was dissatisfied. My husband can’t stomach pickles, they put them on his sandwich after he asked them not to, the receipt showed the request. However when it came it had pickles. I sent it back, I know 100% they just took them off and gave it back within 3 minutes, so I complained and requested a new sandwich. They acted like they were mad at ME?! Excuse me, please do better. Sincerely a devoted customer, who will be back because the owner deserves another chance.“

“The minute we walked in, the lovely baker behind the counter made us immediately feel like family! She showed our kiddos how to play the drums they had in the back and was so kind. The white chocolate lavender latte was delicious and we were lucky enough to be able to get an ooey gooey chocolate muffin straight from the oven. Thank you for a lovely experience!“
