“Got in line this morning at 5:55 AM to buy the Harry Potter donuts for my grandkids and although they did not have all of them in stock, the young man waiting on me was extremely pleasant and very professional. Kudos to him for being such a joy so early in the morning. I honestly was not a fan of the donut sitting out not covered or in the counter.“

“Mr. A’s Beignets: A Powdered Sugar Revelation Mr. A’s beignets are so good, I had to sit down and reevaluate some life choices. Light, fluffy, perfectly fried, and drowning in powdered sugar—just like the ones in New Orleans… but honestly? Better. Yeah, I said it. One bite and I was spiritually transported to the French Quarter—minus the street smells and saxophones. These beignets are dangerously good. Like, “accidentally eat the whole box before pulling out of the parking lot” good. They’re golden perfection with a powdered sugar blizzard on top. Soft in the middle, crisp on the edges, and clearly made with love (and possibly sorcery). Highly recommend. Bring napkins. And self-control.“

“Went to Dunkin’ Donuts this morning they’re always so busy even being very understaffed I understand that it’s not the employees fault they’re very friendly nice and helpful Jennifer and Davida are always upbeat and willing to help. I will always called is my Dunkin Donuts store and I just wanna make sure everyone understands no one‘s perfect these people have family bills just like we all do everything so expensive in this economy just be kind.“

“Regina is hands down the best. I'm not sure what her title is at this location , but her customer service is TOP NOTCH. She is always so sweet and kind when I come in. I have encountered the same situation twice when it came to placing an order for Blueberry Muffins and they were out, but did she turn me away ABSOLUTELY NOT. She offered to make the muffins and walk them over to my job when they were done. She is a true definition of going above and beyond to satisfy customers. Regina I appreciate you, and Thank You again for your EXCELLANT customer service.“

“About two months ago in June, I arrived at this Dunkin' after having just lost my job. I was sad, tired, hungry, hopeless, and I had been crying all day. I came inside, ordered a bagel, and went back to my car. I sat there for a while very upset, not sure where to go next so I sat there for a while. A man, I'm assuming he was the manager, came outside from the store and knocked on my window. I rolled down the window, he said I looked very sad and offered me a free donut to cheer me up. He asked me what kind I liked, and came back outside with two of them, saying he just made them fresh, and said he hopes I have a better rest of my day. This act of kindness meant the world to me at this time and I will never forget it. Thank you Fuquay Dunkin' man, you're awesome.“

“I called in a special order for a birthday cake for a birthday girl that needs to eat gluten free, which meant just two layers of ice cream - no crunch and no cake - plus frosting and decoration. The person responsible for cake-decorating in the area called me and communicated the order to person making the cakes at this location. It was ready when I arrived and everything was perfect. Thank you so much for making this happen. I really appreciate it.“
