“We drive almost an hour to Willow oak farm because it’s that good! The barnyard buddies class is so nice, my daughters look forward to it every week. The two teachers are amazing and great with the kids. And there is so much to do after class we end up staying the rest of the day! There’s an outdoor playground, indoor playground, ice cream, and farm animals. We just had my daughters birthday party here as well and everyone had a blast.“

“We have been wanting to visit The Blind Pelican for a while, and finally took the plunge for my husband’s birthday. This trip will absolutely not be our last. The place was packed on a Tuesday night (it’s not a huge space, especially in the winter when outside seating isn’t available, so plan accordingly). Our wait time was exactly what the hostess promised, and service was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. All staff were phenomenal and checked on us while we were waiting as well as once we were seated. The staff aren’t overly attentive, which we love (they checked on us enough to be helpful but otherwise just let us enjoy our meal). We obviously HAD to try the crazy fun bloody mary’s. They were delicious - exceptional bloody mary’s, and all of the food on top was perfectly cooked and a joy to eat. I had the Taco Tuesday special - lobster tacos with a mango salsa that made me do a happy dance, and my husband had the steak and scallops. Everything was so good and worth the price, in my opinion. Quality seafood can be pricey in central NC, but worth it! The bloody mary’s are obviously a novelty item - but the quality was so outstanding that I would actually order one again (which is saying a lot as I figured it would be a one and done). I can’t wait to go back and try all of the other items on their menu - including some fun drinks & apps we didn’t have room to try this time. If you’re on the fence, just go! You will be glad you did!“

“Awesome place for the whole family. Amazing ice cream. Wide selection of flavors. Some inside seating or out back deck with chairs and tables some rocking chairs too. Sit on steps or bring a blanket to sit on on the grass field so kids can run and play and admire the cows in the pasture. A great place to be with friends and family to enjoy the best farm fresh ice cream made on site with milk from the NC State dairy.“

“If you are planning a special occasion or just want a night out at a wonderful restaurant, I have a bit of advice for you. Go to Chef Palette! This establishment has got it together. The atmosphere is just lovely. We planned our son and future daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner from afar, way far.....Michigan. As stressful as that could have been, Kathie did everything to ease our stress. She calmed this Momma's heart and executed everything to a "T". The appetizer table was not only displayed beautifully, it was YUMMY! The salad, main entrees and dessert did not disappoint. But most of all, the staff was most kind and extremely professional. We cannot thank Kathie and the staff at Chef Palette enough for the wonderful and memorable evening we shared together. GO TO CHEF's PALETTE!“

“My only go to coffee place. I love all the different combinations you can make. Though my favorite is the Peanut Butter Huckleberry Latte. ❤️ It is pure perfection. Nonnie is my favorite go to Barista, and she makes my drinks perfectly every single time. She is so welcoming, friendly and puts a smile on my face every time I see her. She remembers my husband's order when we come in, and then puts up with my build your own drinks when I want to switch things up. 🤣 I love coming here, makes you feel like your in a small town with how friendly/welcoming they are. She is amazing to work with and the quality of the ice shavings in their sno cones is second to none. It is so smooth compared to other, chunky competitors. “This is one of the coziest scenes I have experienced here in North Carolina. I've lived here for aomost 5 years! The people and the vibe are extremely relaxed. Such a chill place with great beer( I am not a beer drinker bit I really like theirs!!!) They bring in great vendors for a variety of food on Thursdays and the service from the bartender, Gabz is super fun behind the bar. PS... bring your dog and kids! Totally family friendly! “I decided to try some hibachi here tonight, and it was wonderful! The staff was very friendly, and they greeted me with a smile. I had the hibachi salmon. I added a side of fried rice and a side of jumbo shrimp. I placed a to-go order at the counter.

You can watch the chef preparing food by looking through a window near the register. The ingredients look fresh and delicious. It may have taken around 10 minutes to receive the order, although I didn't pay attention to the clock.

I was very pleased with the speed, quality, and service. I'd highly recommend this place to others.“

“The coffee and service were great! This was my second visit and not sure I will go back as both times I was there I couldn't help but notice the overwhelming moth ball odor. It made me almost turn around and walk out the 1st time but figured it was a 1 time deal. That is not what I expect to smell in a coffee shop. Is there a way to eliminate that smell? Had a colleague of mine say the same thing.“

“FUQUAY LOCATION Creme de le creme italian restaurant!! This has quickly become one of our favorite Italian restaurants. This was our second visit, and it was just as impressive as the first time we came with family. The quality of the food really stands out. I had the New York strip which was excellent and easily one of the best steaks I’ve had, second only to my wife’s steak. The atmosphere is consistently inviting, with well-balanced lighting and calming music that makes it perfect for a relaxed evening out. The staff is friendly, attentive, and contributes to the overall great experience. Dessert and coffee were also highlights and a perfect way to end the meal. We’ll definitely be making this our regular date night spot and look forward to coming back again.“

We get home, He starts eating and it is not the same AT ALL!! I called the location to let them know and ask if I could bring mine back and get the correct order. After looking up the order, we realized my son ordered his food wrong. I apologized, told them don’t worry about it that it was our own fault. They said absolutely not. “I had never heard of this spot until searching for birthday 🎂 deals. Even better, it was only a short distance from home.

I was the first person there, and was immediately captured by the old school retro and artistic vibes. Everything was was so clean and streamlined, including the restroom.

I was expecting a small amount of Pretzel Bites, and was pleasantly surprised by how many were in the box, including the spicy beer cheese. These tasty treats were absolutely fabulous!🤩

The customer service was sterling and the staff were all quite friendly. I grabbed these to go, but I absolutely would come back to enjoy Game Night or Trivia Night. Definitely recommend stopping by for a visit.“

“I love this Chick-fil-A. But every time I go, the fries are always so soggy. I can never get a crispy fry from any Chick-fil-A ever since they switched their oil. The fries now always come wet. You may get a crispy fry at the top, but I guarantee halfway through that box you are going to be met with a box full of wet fries. It’s extremely disappointing. The atmosphere, the service there, everything is great. The sandwiches are great, but the best part of the meal (the side), Always gets ruined from being too soggy.“

“I had a fantastic experience at La Farm, I was treated well and offered fantastic service from Stevie. The baked goods we purchased were fantastic, and everyone that had something agreed. You’re not bopping in to a grocery store bakery for a cellophane wrapped loaf of bread, you’re shopping at an artisan bakery - so set that expectation for yourself - but I thought prices were entirely reasonable. We will be back!“
