McDonald's in Hickory

“Amazing service by Chris in the drive through at 4:10 AM. I wanted a hot breakfast after getting off of work so I went to McDonald’s, the first one claimed it wasn’t open yet so I went an extra 20 mins down the road to this one. Chris had a great attitude and very helpful an insuring the biscuits were nicely fresh and hot, definitely will go back to that one and hope Chris gets some sort of recognition for his work.“

“Very Modern and updated. Vibrant Colors keeping the atmosphere warm and cozy. A nice place to relax momentarily while enjoying a delicious and tasty meal with Family or Friends. Each time I purchase the Double Quarter pounder combo, The food is ALways fresh and cooked to order. Might I add, have yourself a treat to an oreo McFlurry for a nightcap! I'm Lovin' it !“

“Friendly staff Great food the only issue my son an I had during our visit is I felt the management was rude and disrespectful to some of the other employees in front of customers.

Dietary restrictions: Access to all nutritional facts available for menu items which was great for my visit because my son is a diabetic and has to watch his intake of certain things

Parking: Handicap parking available, wheelchair access friendly and plenty of parking including vehicles with trailers.

Kid-friendliness: Very child/family friendly

“Good location, Good service, Nice that they've hired a few American speaking people and a few seniors. Not to complain much but at the start of the year there wasn't a native English speaking person working there. I wish more businesses would understand the importance of that.“

“So we had 5 of our grandsons there and it was great. Every employee was super nice. Young man working the dining room was super kind to the boys. Imruld was an extremely nice young man and helped us in the dining room. Try this McDonald’s it was excellent!!“
