“Above and Beyond Catering truly lived up to their name — they went above and beyond in every possible way! From start to finish, their team provided incredible service and even better food.
Right after our ceremony, while my husband and I were taking photos, their staff came down with plates of food just for us so we wouldn’t miss out — such a thoughtful touch! During the reception, we even had our own personal waitress at our sweetheart table, ensuring we always had what we needed.
The service was absolutely spectacular, but the food was what really stole the show. Our guests are still raving about it! We had chicken and waffles for cocktail hour, chicken cordon bleu and beef tenderloin for dinner, and sliders for a late-night snack — everything was delicious.
If I ever host another event, I will 100% be choosing Above and Beyond Catering again. They made our wedding meal unforgettable!“

“J I wish you had reached out so we could figure out what went wrong. First of all I didnt have a wedding in November for 125 guest. I had several for 100 guest which makes since if you had 85 show up. We always have plenty of food for your guest. If you had 85 guest, lets then figure on how many of your vendors ate. That would only get you to about 90 servings. Then lets say you had 5 guest that went back for seconds which is typical if there was still food available. And you mentioned we did pack up boxes for you and your groom so I would say we were dead on the 100 that you paid for. I do wish you would have reached out so I could explain this to you so you would have a better understanding on what actually took place. “Dave and his staff catered our daughter's wedding. They created a traditional El Salvadoran dinner since the groom and many of the guests were from there. We were blown away with the service and we had so many guests tell us how delicious dinner was. Dave and his staff even took care to prepare a special plate for my daughter who has some severe food allergies. I highly recommend Giada's in Kernersville. Easy to work with, great service and delicious food.“

“I have had Kitchenology provide catering for both an intimate board meeting that I held in the Team Room at Carolina Core Wellness, and a very large party that I helped throw at Congdon Yards. At both events, Kitchenology's food was absolutely fantastic, on time, and their service was exceptional as well. They think ahead in regards to dietary needs and have options for all. Their menu options are also very wide! It's just a cherry on top that this delicious food is healthy, and is helping fund an impactful and much needed non-profit initiave! “Just ate BBQ JOES ! Was really good had a chopped bbq sandwich with bbq slaw . The pork had a very hint of smoke top 3 sandwiches in triad. Staneys was slightly better . ButBBQ JOES is number 2. Very moist just needs more smoke . Only suggestions I could make is change your fries they were not good . Crinkles would be so much better . But I will return lots. And the sauce was banging good“
