Starbucks in High Point

“I just moved to the area and this Starbucks has alway given me the perfect drink with great service. Today I had a rough morning and stopped for something really quick and someone drew on my cup. It was the smallest little pick-me-up. Thank you for spreading joy!“

“I love this place for real— it is SUCH a shame they have such rowdy customers in the reviews.
I come in with my kids everyday and they always ask for cake pops to which the barista at the counter always greets me and says hi and even knows my kids names.
The Barista Bella is super kind and knows how to keep up a conversation!! She’s super kind and even fought off a rowdy customer for me once… she needs a raise!!
But seriously though, these crusty customers are freaking crazy— they’re complaining on google reviews about how they weren’t greeted when they came in and how Starbucks (a luxury expense) costs $7 for a Frappuccino (not even coffee atp.) some people have 0 brain cells and it shows.
I come here once a month for my business ventures with my husband and every time the drinks are consistent and delicious. I can’t fathom how perfect this place is.
Honestly? Every Starbucks in the high point area is just great!!

Vegetarian options: I love veggies. But if you’re strictly vegetarian you’re unfortunately limited!!
Either way, concepts of thoughts and prayers!

Dietary restrictions: If I had a diet(130 pounds going strong by the way!!)
this place would still be great as the baristas are knowledgeable and know their menu items to a TEA. (Get it? Tea?)

Parking: A lot of parking because they’re in the center of a lot of spaces and it’s great.

Kid-friendliness: The baristas here are super kind to my kids and even gave a free cake pop one time when my son dropped it.

Wheelchair accessibility: If I had a wheelchair I would never want to get up because this place is so nice“

“I went in today and ordered a iced matcha latte venti , last time I went in I got a trenta , and I loved how big it was but today I was to nervous to ask for it again lol , and I think she remembered me and gave me the big one today too! Made my whole day and tasted wonderful ☺️☺️ will definitely be back she is awesome“

“Living off DoorDash Starbucks this week because my sleep has not been well. Trenta Pink drink is my go to. Now I have been adding Glindas Pink potion to this mix, similar but different flavor. Got one order messed up and accidentally got to try the other Wicked drink (which I cannot even locate on DD), don’t like it today but I might on Monday so it’s in the freezer. Made the store aware of the mix up and reordered my potions and they came with gift cards! Not necessary but very sweet!! Thank you so much. Attention to detail and great customer service is appreciated!“

“***IM POSTING THIS HERE AND ON THE TARGET REVIEWS***Me and my friends was recently here on February 24th in the A.M. There was a queue of a line and there was one barista. We were hesitant at first as we had large order. But she handled it really well and did an amazing job. She was multitasking making drinks, taking orders whilst making other people's drinks, putting food in the bake oven and she was super friendly, patient and professional. She did amazing on every last drink. That was the best cold brew I've ever had at any Starbbies and my friends also said how amazing their drinks were when they tasted theirs. I asked her how long she's been a barista and she said only a few months but her drinks tasted like she's been doing it for a while. She credited one seasoned coworker who she said trained her the best out of everyone there.We will definitely be returning! I didn't get her name unfortunately but thank you so much girl. I'm only disappointed we didn't have cash on hand to tip her and there was no tip option available when we paid with our cards.“
