“I am so glad that I stopped by this location off the interstate tonight in Hildebran what a nice manager she had said she was a shift leader named Carolann the patience and great smile and welcome we received was one of the best during our travels along with the others she was working with food was hot and made as ordered as well as the timing . When we travel back to the area for sure will stop in to say hello and for the great food .“

“My wife and I really enjoyed the food and the location, but unfortunately, the service didn't meet expectations. Our server seemed disengaged and gave the impression that she didn't want to be there. Great customer service is a key part of what makes a dining experience enjoyable, and we hope that next time we visit, they'll have staff who are more enthusiastic about their work.“

“Walk-up Dairy Queens are rare around here. We would give it five stars for its pure existence, but the customer service is almost always a little dead behind the eyes, so to speak. They also don’t use their windows effectively, creating a lot of crowding around the order window. If they used the other far window for serving like most walk-ups we’ve been to, it would make a huge difference.“

“Highlands Butchery has quickly become our favorite place to dine and/or have a drink. We find ourselves there at least once a week. The staff, bartenders and servers have all come to know us, and they treat us like VIPs every time we visit. They also have a bourbon club, that meets monthly to sample some special spirits. Family-owned, and truly farm to table with fantastic grass-fed/grass-finished beef, and pork. I believe the farm is only about 6 miles down the road. You can also purchase their meats to take home and cook yourself.“

“We visited the fresh Depot last week. The food was absolutely delicious! If you haven't gone for their wings you need to. The wings were incredible!!!!! The salads were fresh. The burger was amazing and my mom got a steak and a seafood cake which were both very very good. super impressed with the food. also the service was fast!! It's hard to find a restaurant where you're happy with the quality of the food. service could have been a little friendlier...We will definitely be back“

“A hidden gem. It is not a sit in restaurant but the food is excellent. I love their desserts. My personal favorite is their livermush sandwich with slaw, onions and mustard. I dare you to try it. How do you all make the livermush so crispy. I can't do that at home without burning it.“

“This Culvers was extremely impressive. We stopped by for lunch on our way to Asheville. When I say they were busy, that may be an understatement. Line out the door, drive thru lined up, parking lot FULL. Being that we had received a Culver's gift card for christmas, we decided to go ahead and stay. The staff was extremely friendly. We waited about 10 minutes in line to order considering the amount of people. Then only had to wait about 15 minutes for our hot and fresh food to be at our table. I have experienced longer wait times at other Culver's in an environment that was not a fraction of the amount of busy they were. The food was absolutely phenomenal. I want to give props to the crew working. They were on it! Everything was clean, even the drink station! As stated before, very impressed with how this location is ran. Like a smooth sailing ship. “Been eating here since I was a kid, food is pretty good, but is it just me or are the prices insane for what you're getting now? It didn't use to cost a whole family $60 to eat but now it does, and what happened to the homemade gravy? Why would they take that away? Gravy is a staple in the south and they are using store-bought? Nuh-uh unacceptable“

“So we are not from the area but a friend told us about this place. We would have never stopped here because it does not look like a restaurant or a bar. There is absolutely no sign on the front or side of the building letting you know that it's a wonderful bar and restaurant with amazing food. We were pleasantly surprised. “First time every trying this place. In some other customers was leaving in said they recommend the hamburgers. Bc they are really good. In they was exactly right, I got a cheeseburger combo with season fires as my side. In I normally can't eat a whole burger unless it's like McDonald's. But man I ate the whole thing. They get there meats fresh. In there open 7 day a week. 7am to 7pm Mon thru Friday and 7am to 2pm Saturday and Sunday. In even though I got there 15 mins before closing they didnt rush me eating to get out of the building when it came to be closing time. But I did leave like 5 or 10 mins after 2. In the woman that took my order was supper nice. Will diffently be going back to try something different.“

“Thank God for Jack in the Box! Even through covid they kept up there extended hours. I’m a night owl and NOTHING is open late anymore! Somehow Jack in the Box has managed to sustain their late hours and keep decent employees. I don’t know how they do it when no one else has seem to be able to, but they seriously deserve some recognition for it 👏 And I appreciate their variety. “We love Hardee’s, but we were very disappointed on our last visit, we ordered 10 piece chicken tenders, we got home and we had very small pieces. We called the store and the employee stated that they decided to fry up some end pieces. Very disappointed, not enough to serve the 2 of us, thank you .“

“I grew up around whataburger and it's a hit or miss, however this one in hickory by far has been one of the cleanest and better service provided by far. The lady at the counter was very sweet gave us coupons for next time and the quick service was great. I def recommend it the one infront of the mall“

My older brother and I went to get breakfast for everyone before our father's funeral, and I left my cell phone there. I didn't realize until we got back to his house. His friend drove out of her way to Hardee's and they had it.“

“I ate at the granite falls location during the supper rush they were short staffed and the young gentleman at front counter named Carter done an amazing job with fast and courteous service during whatcwould have been difficult for most people its good to see young men who still have core value and hard work ethic I will definitely eat there again“

“Amazing service by Chris in the drive through at 4:10 AM. I wanted a hot breakfast after getting off of work so I went to McDonald’s, the first one claimed it wasn’t open yet so I went an extra 20 mins down the road to this one. Chris had a great attitude and very helpful an insuring the biscuits were nicely fresh and hot, definitely will go back to that one and hope Chris gets some sort of recognition for his work.“

“We around 10:30 for lunch we ordered the minion meal and fries where cold went up to exchange them for hot fries said they had to drop some we finished eating all our food and had to go back up and ask for our hot fries and honestly they tasted reheated and smelled like old oil. Gross“
