“I’ve been to this store numerous times and I have to say this is the first time I didn’t enjoy my sandwich. For $12 I expect the bread to be consistent; I’m not sure if they ran late but the bread wasn’t allowed to rise and it took away from the sub. Very Disappointing“

“My boyfriend and I always go to this McDonald’s and the food is always good and they never get our order wrong! One lady who takes our order sometimes is always extremely nice, kind, and super polite (she needs a raise ASAP). Best McDonald’s in Hillsborough by far!“

“Cotton and Renata was the best they showed special attention to there customer service ethics we was greeted when we walked Ma Renata was cleaning the dining room area Mr Cotton fixed our food even though i asked for a lot sides on my sub he was patient enjoyed that transaction them two made my day they need a raise this happened around 8:15pm 9/4/2025“

“We just ordered 2 cheesesteak subs one on gluten free bread! And the other regular sub roll,They were outstanding! And the guy that took our order over the phone was so great! Thank you for a great sub and customer service from beginning to end!!!“
