“This place never fails to impress and satisfy. Things don't go perfect anywhere but the difference is that they correct those things with a different integrity. My Stromboli was left behind during pickup right before closing time. They dropped it off at my house just as fresh as if it was never left behind.

The menu isn't too extensive, they stick to the classics. I had a calzone and it was tasty, nothing to write home about just a good meal for a good price. The patio is nice, the trees form enough of a barrier between you and the road so it feels like sitting in a shady little courtyard. The flowers in little planters hanging on the plastic fence are real. The dining room is typical discount Olive Garden style, cozy and clean. My server Zachary was very friendly, polite, and attentive, and the hostess was also polite and professional. Rossini's gives nostalgia of going out with your family after church.“

I called the restaurant and spoke with a manager by the name of Alex and the experience I had was very successful, he took my order into consideration and applied everything I wanted to add with no additional charges. The staff has great customer service and always makes a way to take care your ordering needs with a positive attitude. When a restaurant excels in both food and service, it creates a dining experience that people want to return to and recommend to others. “A mystery. Outstanding ambiance, looks and feels like nice casual cafes we ate at in Milan and Tuscany. Once inside can't believe it's in an outdoor mall in NC. Friendly service. Chicken marsala with mushrooms as good as it gets. Hearts of palm salad not on many menus but was delightful. The customers seemed to be enjoying a relaxed, quality dining experience without the pretense of a fancy place or buzz of a large busy place. The mystery-why was it only half full on a Friday night?“

“I had the baked lasagna and it was just ok. And perhaps I don't know what lasagna is supposed to look like ... but I was thinking it was composed of several layers of pasta and meat. I don't think there was more than one layer ... so I'm a bit confused. Nonetheless ... I won't be ordering the baked lasagna again.

“First visit. Food was excellent and service was on top of things. Would love to give this 5 stars and come back often.

Only complaint was the acoustics. The crowd really grew after we got there at 6, and the noise grew steadily. It was mostly professionals and couples. I found myself talking louder and louder to be heard - even asking my friend to repeat themselves. The voices carried and echoed, so just general conversation was hard.

For reference, we were seated in the front corner, to the far left after entering from the door. Our whole side seemed louder than the other side, where the bar was. By the end, I couldn’t wait to leave.“

“If you like Neapolitan Pizza you will love this place. We tried the Pistachio Pesto Pizza and it was surprisingly one of our favorite pizzas. Along with the Diavola Pizza, the Burrata Pizza, and the Mushroom Maria (which i felt could use more tuffle oil, but it was still really good.) And they have the best Cannolis I have ever tasted in my life. Made with real mascarpone cheese, not basic brick cream cheese. And the pumpkin spice one was a really nice autum treat! Would go great with a cuppa coffee. We ate 4 pizzas in store. And ordered another pizza and cannolis to go. This place is a must try. Me and my family give it a 10/10.“

“I remember the first time I walked in. It wasn't completely what I expected. Please do not let the name fool you. The surprise was quite refreshing and much needed. It is NOT you typical Italian pizzeria type place. It is in fact, a Spanish restaurant. I discovered this the first time I placed a pickup order while looking at the menu. It was confirmed when I picked up my stromboli. It was rather large, and quite delicious. I have been saying since that very first time I was going to go back and try some of the other dishes they offered. They do have your traditional Spanish fare, including tacos, burritos, quesadillas, fajitas, among quite a few other items. They also have a typical subs, pizza, calzones, and as I said before, Stromboli. This time I decided to try the item in the picture. I decided to get that because it was rather late and I didn't want anything that was heavy on the starch. (Anything with a lot of rice, beans, or bread.) When I tell you I was the farthest thing from disappointed... It is a soup and I did ask about the types of peppers shown in the picture. Those are no longer a part of it. It is large tender chunks of beef, carrots, cabbage, zucchini, onions, carrots. There is also a type of vegetable in it that is shaped like an apple. I did ask what it was called because I was curious and the waitress thought for a minute but then stated that there really isn't a word an hour language that it would translate to. I didn't mind because it was absolutely delicious. On the plate you have your scoop of rice, chopped corn, cilantro, diced jalapenos, and a lime. When my food got there I immediately got excited because to me, this was presented like Vietnamese Pho! (I was super excited to try this!) It was full of flavor and did not disappoint. It's quite a large serving of soup as well. Depending on your level of hunger you may need to take some home. The waitress was super nice and so is the rest of the staff. The restaurant is also equipped with a very lovely bar and they do take out, delivery, and dine in. I am so happy that this place is not far from me at all because I will be going back to try more!

Parking: Free parking as it is in a shopping complex. Since it is on the end, there is parking down the side and across the front.

Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is located on the end of the complex where the sidewalk area you'd use is parallel to the ground.“

“My first time here. The place was busy consistently while we were there. Obviously they have a great reputation. I'll be honest my sandwich was just OK. There was nothing about it that separated it from any other Italian sandwich. However, the pizza's were amazing!!! The service was great. The young man with the Steelers hat (I teased him about it) had a great attitude and was kind and took great care for our table. 5 gold stars and keep up the great service!“

“Great Chicago Deep dish pizza! This is the teal deal. I lived in Chicago for 4 years. You might be wondering about the price, but this pizza is thick and very filling. My 20 year old boys could only finish 1 1/2 slices while the normal people could only eat 1 slice. Fantastic toppings and Thursdays is 50% off all alcoholic beverages. Good beer selection. Plan accordingly, It does take time to make this so, bring a designated driver and enjoy the wait.
