“We visit Rodie’s an average of once a month and have always had a great experience. Service is friendly and fast and menu is great and affordable! We are fortunate to have this gem!“
“My family ate here for Sunday brunch on Memorial Day weekend. We sat outside and the weather was excellent. We also brought our 6-year old black Labrador Retriever, who enjoyed watching others eat in their open-air patio section. The food was made fresh and had amazing flavor. We highly recommend trying the shrimp and grits and eggs benedict & biscuits and gravy combo. Also, their blackberry mimosa and other summer cocktails were very refreshing. We will continue to come here for brunch and hope to also experience their live music and day drinking events. If you are traveling along the Blue Ridge Parkway or a Wilkes/Ashe local, this place is a must do! Great food and service here!!!🥰“

“Had a mix up and order was really late. Talked to waitress and my gosh they went above and beyond to make things right. Free order of wings and a gift card . Food was amazing . Hands down best burgers in town . Staff goes above and beyond to make your experience special. Highly recommend and my new go to place in west Jefferson. And the wings are really good.“

“Would I recommend this establishment? 10000% We reserved the upstairs for a private event and to say we were blown away is putting it mildly. How was the bartender/cocktails you ask? EXCELLENT! Service was top notch, drinks were awesome and she knew her stuff! How was the food? OMG! I can’t say enough….food was off the charts good. Steak tips, chicken picatta, mashed potatoes….😋😋😋😋 Did you have good service? YES! YES! A thousand times yes! Super nice and soooo accommodating! My only regret? I live to dang far! So please….heed my advice and run, don’t walk to make a reservation here! You won’t be sad…PINKY SWEAR!“

“The food was great an the Breakfast Buffet was really good an can't beat the price good serivce I'm 35 now an I remember coming here when I was little with my mom an dad an sister's now I'm bring my two kids here everytime I get a chance I highly recommend it I'm a over road truck driver an out of all the places I been this one of my favorite places to go eat when I come home“

“Boondocks is our go to when company visits. The wait staff is 10 out of 10 when it comes to service. Well behaved dogs are always welcome in the outdoor (but covered) seating area. My go to is the small fish and chips. Be sure and try the onion petals as a side. The lime cervas is the perfect pairing. Hard to go wrong with good food and cold beers. ENJOY!“

“We ate here for the 2nd time since we moved to the area! The service was quick and the staff is very friendly and attentive, but the food is the star of the show! We both had fried shrimp that is some of the best we’ve ever eaten! The coleslaw is delicious…finely chopped and tasty. I had the sweet potato fries which are so good, and my husband had the cowboy beans which he loves. Get the yeast rolls because they are wonderful. We’ll be back often. 😊“
