“My wife’s food tasted bland like hospital food. No seasoning at all. Her hardshell taco was basic ground beef cooked with cheese on it on a hard shell and then her beans were bland. Tasted like hospital food although Hospital food has more seasoning than this did. I got ACP Texano and it was good but the steak was tough and chewy. Not worth $42“

“holy smokes! this place is GOOD. let me be completely honest- I just moved to the area and was not thrilled I no longer had a coffee shop within 5 minutes from my house. I don’t really like sweets much, but I saw they served coffee, so I just stopped in to test it out. I was wrong and this is literally a coffee shop and bakery (anddd ice cream shop!). I can’t tell you how happy I was! We also got cupcakes and when I tell you this is the ONLY cupcake I’ve ever enjoyed in my life, that is the 100% truth. This icing is amazing and not too sweet. The coffee was pretty good also. They have plenty of seating, indoor and outdoor, with rocking chairs too. I’ll take more pictures next time I go. I absolutely love this place!!“

“The lady's always make you feel welcome and will fix you anything on the menu. It's all good. I haven’t had anything there I haven't liked. The cheeseburger lettuce, tomato and mayo is my favorite cooked medium with extra crispy fries and a good cold Pepsi makes it all so good. COME ON OVER AND GET YOU SOME BREAKFAST OR LUNCH. Ya want regret it.“

“I always eat in the bar area because I don't like eating with a large group and it is cozy and has great service. The bartender is great at his job, we can just tell him what he like in our drinks and he does an amazing job of making great drinks. It's also a nice atmosphere and nicely decorated.“

“My friend and I wanted to go to a place where we could actually have a conversation and avoid the hustle and bustle of a friday night (7/13) in downtown, so we googled bars and found this one! It is beside a Lowe's in a shopping center, so not the most ideal location, but we loved the outside patio! The sofas were super comfy! They had a live band playing inside, so it was loud in there. I wish they had mixed drinks. My friend enjoyed the craft beer, but I had to opt for the pinot grigio. The server was fast and friendly!“

“I have eaten Thai food literally everywhere but in Thailand as it is one of our favorite cuisines. My wife and I had just picked up a piece of furniture and wanted to stop somewhere for lunch before heading back home, and Singha was were we decided to eat.
We ordered hot Ginger tea, Tofu Tom Kha soup, Pad Thai (I know but we always ask if they can make it with wide rice noodles, you should try it that way), and, Massaman Curry. The tea was good but did not prepare us for what was to come... the soup and food was simply amazing. I can see why people who are used to "Americanized Thai" would not like this because it was a definite step to a level of Thai which was so much better but unique.
All the dishes were so good, even the soup seemed to be kicked up a notch over what we normally get when we order Tom Kha. The Massaman Curry was seasoned with something that made it levels above our normal Thai place in flavor, same with the Pad Thai. I love HOT but I am so happy that I order "medium" as I was warned about the level of their heat, medium was plenty once I added a little of the Prik Nam Pla, peppers in fish sauce.
The food was SO good we decided to order dessert, which we almost never do when eating out. We ordered the Sticky Rice with Mango, and as they called it, "the custard". Again we were amazed at the complexity of the flavors. Not so much with the sticky rice but the "custard", which was more like a piece of soft, very moist cake, was delicious.
There is NO doubt this will be come one of our favorite places even though it is 35 minutes from home. It certainly will be a place we take guests to give them a Thai dining experience as the food and service were both well on point! Worth EVERY penny.“

“I thought I would never again taste food like my Aunt Hattie made it, but today a friend took me to University Kitchen for lunch, and I had green beans, stewed cabbage, fried chicken livers, and cornbread. It was like going back in time to my Aunt Hattie's kitchen and once again tasting good old country cooking at its best. They have managed to keep those great vintage recipes alive, and I now have a new favorite restaurant. Everyone who worked there was amiable and on top of service. It was great!“

“I was in the mood for a messy, big, mouth watering burger & I got just that! I chose the Trucker's burger & loved it! How it was cooked along with the toppings all together made an explosion of great flavor ? Definitely worth the Food-Baby afterwards! “TERRIBLE. Went there for birthday celebration. Took 45 minutes for waitress to take our order. Husband got skunky beer. Food came out a couple at a time with about 5 minutes in between (there were 12 of us but there were only about 8 other people in the restaurant). My 4 year old granddaughter ordered pasta and marinara. After everyone else finally got their food I asked the waitress where her food was. Her reply: we don’t have any marinara, here’s some macaroni and cheese. She never said they didn’t have what she ordered and never asked what else she wanted. I never received a refill of my soda in the 2 hours we were there. And finally, it took the waitress another 30 minutes to take care of the tab. To top it off the food was mediocre at best“

“I came to this Subway one day to eat a sub. And this place was great. The place was very clean when I went inside. The staff were friendly, which I truly appreciated. And that sandwich was amazing. Everything was fresh, the bread was perfectly toasted, and they didn’t hold back on the toppings. I’ll definitely be back for another one.“
