“Wonderful service! We came in on a Saturday night in August and the person at the front counter was bubbly and attentive. My husband and I shared a large root beer float out on the patio and it was divine! Service was fast, professional, and the whole premises was sparkling clean. What a sweet little spot for a treat on a hot day! Will be back!“
“Lesser Known is one of the most delicious, professionally run breweries I have been to in years. You can tell the entire staff knows what the beer has to offer, they are incredibly knowledgeable, and absolutely have the potential to be one of the best new breweries on the east coast. The dedication and respect to style and tradition is unmatched. Can’t wait to see what they can achieve in the next few years. Will continue to support them and tell any beer enthusiast this is a can’t miss. Quality not quantity.“
“This is exactly as listed. A burger place with a nice selection bottled sodas, crispy fries, tasty hot dogs in a homey environment. If you require table service, look elsewhere, but if not the balance of service is friendly and as fast as possible. That said, be prepared for a 30-45 minute wait for your food during busy hours, as the line can be long. That said, the burgers are excellent and the rest of the food is good too. It was worth a trip from Durham, but having been, we won't likely make the trip again.“

“Quaint little place serving coffee, craft beer, wine, and sweets. Comfortable atmosphere to just sit and sip with friends. Didn't try any food so could not rate cookies etc. but it looks good. Parking is mostly street with a couple of small lots close by with a space or two available to patrons. Love it's name too!“
“I've been a fan of Radar since they first opened, and am happy to see them continually evolve. Just stopped by and was extremely impressed with their Paradise Chai Porter - delicious and original! Their Meridian Mexican Lager with Lime was also very good and shows the diversity of their offerings. The Industry Hill neighborhood is great and Radar is a true anchor there.“
“Best lamb burger everProbably one of the better places in winston for a great vibes and amazing foodDrinks are great as wellLots of local and international brewsDefinitely recommend this spot to any out of town visitorGuess we ads considered locals and it always lifts the spirit“
“Love this place. Also love that it is located at the old Bailey Power plant. The beer selection is outstanding. Several options to select from. Great inside and outside seating options. Dog and kid friendly. In fact there were so many kids there I thought they were running a daycare. Bartenders were vey helpful and friendly. Just remember to go to the front bar to get your drink. No wait service that I am aware of.Last thing, the pizza place next door (Cugino Forno) delivers to your table at Incendiary, and the pizza is great.“
“Went in yesterday. Great coffee, indifferent service until it came time to tip, which I was going to and did do, unfortunately; they’re ultra loud about tipping. It felt like employees hated me just for being there, very awkward so I won’t be back.“
“A wonderful experience.Thinking of the Reynolda Village with all the grounds , the shops , gardens ...It is such a good place to relax and enjoy the crepes. There were a lot of choices on the menu, and through time, I tried 4 of them. They are all good so just pick one and you will love it.The place is nice and the service is good“
“"Perfectly delightful place with a conscience too."A well-prepared cappuccino, just foamy enough, and a chocolate scone that had plenty of chips but wasn't to dense or doughy. Would definitely return for the snacks. Also, Moji has a mission of providing jobs to friendly folks who might otherwise struggle to get one. While waiting for your food & drink you can also peruse little artworks and such. Good AC and convenient chargers at a few of the tables. Overall, an uplifting experience.“
“Went Here For the First Time a couple weeks ago my son and I were out riding our motorcycles. We stopped in had a a few of their craft beers and really enjoyed them. Definitely going back to atmosphere and service was great the guys behind the bars know a lot about the different types of beers they have. If you like craft beers this is one you should go to.“
“This is one of my favorite breweries in Winston-Salem. Everyone that works here is absolutely amazing but my favorite has to be Billy, she is super knowledgeable and always on top of everything. My favorite beers to drink here are definitely the Mocha blond and the vanilla coffee porter. It is also convently located close to everything in Winston-Salem.“
“First time there. Service was excellent. Great place to bring the kids. There is a play set and a few games to play with. We sat outside and were able to relax while the kids played and ran up and down the hill. We had a very enjoyable afternoon at West Bend. Looking forward to going back.“
“Absolute gem in the heart of downtown Winston-Salem! Everything about this place is great. Coffee is great & biscuits are great. They offer vegan & gluten-free option as well.Worth noting: the biscuits are not cheap, but the quality absolutely matches what you pay. Best biscuit in-town!“
“Really great brewery with indoor and outdoor seating. Dogs are allowed inside the taproom, which I really appreciate since the winter is otherwise a hard time to visit breweries with pups. While their beers might not be the "best" in Winston, they offer a wide variety of beers and they are tasty! The bartender was great and you can order food from the restaurant next door, which makes it really easy to sit and chill for a while. We will definitely visit here again!“
“Everyone that works at Foothills are wonderful, friendly Souls. I absolutely love the place, the people and the overall vibe. Each and every 'one' of the staff treats you as if you're a member of their family. Love them AND the Brewery.... Get a 'taste' of what Craft Beers AND great folks are like. ?“
“Great local pub to hang out. Quiet during the week, but really cool on the weekends. Great service. Does offer some food appetizers. Great spirits selection. Outdoor seating available. Love hanging out here with Freinds. I definitely recommend it.“
“Winston is really stepping up lately with fun little pop ups and special dinners and I'm here for it! Last night I was able to snag tickets to an Italian Trattoria inspired event at The Caviste - Wine Shop inside Bobby Boy Bakeshop. A casual meal that was a mixture of serve yourself and table service. I love the opportunity to try bites of several different items so these kinds of dinners are always super fun in that sense and it allows the chef to be creative and have a little fun and I get to experience several dishes. And for those that aren't interested in committing to an event, The Caviste is a great spot to have glass of wine and some bar snacks/small plates when you don't feel like a big heavy meal(5:30-7pm only) Or just purchase some wine from their extensive wine selection.“
“This place is severely mid leading from the outside because the food is absolutely delicious! I judge a Mexican restaurant by their rice and beans and although those were delicious along with everything else. Not to mention the margs had a very heavy poor ? will be returning.Oh also ask for the green salsa verde for the chips.“
“LOVE this coffee shop!!!!!!! Love the variety in particular- I only drink sugar free and they have quite a huge selection which is very rare- I've even been able to enjoy pumpkin this season thanks to DeBeen!!!! Ambiance is also on point for a downtown coffee shop!!!! My new favorite local coffee joint!“
“Amazing Bills Backer Bar!!! Bills fans don't miss a game here!!! i was in town, swung by for the game, was pleasantly surprised to find a back room with a projector. The owner came over and introduced himself, bought pizza and wings for attendees, and gave out free jello shots when the Bills won. Service was great, if I was local I would come all the time. Thanks Thirsty Pallet!!“
“Twice now, I've been invited by friends to Gatsby's Saturday nights for karaoke and each time I've had a blast both performing for the crowd of bar goers as well as encountering endless, encouraging individuals while doing so. The "dive-bar" doesn't take long to get jam-packed (if it isn't already upon arrival), so if its applause and/or interaction with others from various walks of life is what you seek then look no more because Gatsby's delivers and then some! From rowdy college students to the fully-grown and mature, this "hole-in-the-wall" attracts them ALL every single weekend (Fridays & Saturdays). From the well-seasoned singers & crooners to the silly, drunken socialites just up for laughs, the karaoke microphone within Gatsby's never disappoints amusement!! But don't take my word for it! Come on down to this downtown hot spot to enjoy cutting loose with an always embracing, diverse crowd without breaking your wallet. There's no admission, the drinks are always affordable, the staff remains cool and collected, and even the security remains social! Parking can be a bit of a chore, depending on when you arrive... but I promise you once you're inside Gatsby's it'll all be worth the visit.“
“This bar has become one of my favorite bars in town over the last couple of months. The bartender on shift last night Carmon was amazing she's so friendly and definitely makes you feel at home. The cocktails never disappoint the micheladas are actually pretty good as well which i was not expecting at all!!! I can't say i know the name of this cocktail because carmon made it up and i forgot to ask the name lol. The vibe here is very laid back It's always a good time with good music yet the music is not supper loud to where you can't hear each other. I will say the only thing i dislike is the parking but lately almost everyone in downtown has the paybyphone parking! Over all i will definitely continue to keep coming back here for the rest of the season“
“What a cool little spot. We were in the area and a friend told us about it. Great food. Simple atmosphere and friendly people. I had a Margarita and chips. Simple but good. Good music. All the correct elements to make a great spot to revisit. We left to go to Bar Nola and were surprised that the bar brings food from the Porch! We got a sampler and enjoyed the spinach dip, wings everything was good. I'll definitely be back to the porch soon.“
“Jeff and I went there for early dinner and I felt bad for the only girl working-bartender ,and waitress and that girl was great. Kept a smile on her face and took good care of the numerous people at bar.Another girl came in an hour laterFood was great. We love the pizzasMy new fav is the Philly Steak pizza and that pickle pizza is my seconded fav.We can’t wait to go back.“
“I had the most amazing experience at Thai Harmony as I celebrated my birthday with friends. The food was delicious and the customer service was out of this world. This is THE best Thai restaurant in the triad. Thank you for making my birthday extra special!“
“Great place for drinks and food even it you aren't a WF student. Great food and outdoor space. Aimee is our favorite bartender!Vegetarian options: Most of the apps veggie friendlyDietary restrictions: Gluten free optionsKid-friendliness: Our kids love the food and playing cornhole.“
“Local spot but don't let that detur you. This place has had me impressed since my first visit. Always good service and the kitchen does a amazing job daily. Somebody is doing something right here. I'm a former restaurant manager and I've never been disappointed. They continue to impress me every time. Also don't forget they have a brunch menu on Sunday. I would love to see them with a bigger restaurant but I love it the way it is. Great job Stoked staff I'm a huge fan!Kid-friendliness: Definitely family friendly.ive taken my kids and they love it also.“
“I had an excellent breakfast there. They have amazing breakfast meals. I had the Crab Cake Benedict which taste so fantastic and soft texture in every bite. The seafood Pasta was so delicious and very creamy. They have nice portion size. Great menu and friendly server. The restaurant was so cool and pleasant vibe. Great interior setting.“
“Foothills is a rather large staple in downtown WS and I have eaten (and drank) here many times over the years. As it is right now the prices for downtown food is expensive, and Foothills seems to be right in line with the premium pricing. The food is good, don’t get me wrong, but if you are looking for a local brewery with good food, good beer and good prices, you will only find 2/3 here. The fried pickles were greatThe hot chicken was really tasty and spicyMy kids loved the tenders“
“Stopped in for a drink and we were pleasantly surprised by everything this spot had to offer. Alejandro and Taylor have a warm welcome and offered us a table or bar seating. We went with the bar seating. Our amazing bar tender, Abby, made some great suggestions while we waited for our third guest. We had the wine flight, beer and brussel sprouts. They were all great!!! Based on that, we knew the full menu would be too. Whatever Abby suggests, go with it. Chef Michael Spencer did an outstanding job in the kitchen. We will be back. Enjoy!“
“Nice, but small in terms of a pool hall. Only 2 tables and gets crowded with only about 60ppl. Does have a nice basement club and the bartenders make good drinks. Only drawback is it don't take but a handful to make the place feel crowded.“
“After Greensboro lost Ice Scraperz, I had been in search of a good rolled ice cream spot, and lo-and-behold, Yolo Rollo takes the cake! Located in the Hanes Mall in Wiston Salem, Yolo Rollo serves bubble tea in novelty light bulb bottles and cute cat cups as well, but their rolled ice cream was exactly the treat I had missed so much from Ice Scraperz. The chocolate ice cream with cheesecake mixed in and chocolate drizzle on top was fantastic, and though the line was a little long, the service was fast and it was nice to be able to watch the ice cream be made in front of us. It is a little bit pricey (about $8 for a cup of rolled ice cream) but the ice cream is well worth the price if you ask me.“
“This place is amazing! Their Strawberry Shortcake is so scrumpdiddlyicous, and I’ve become addicted to their salads! I’m not too big of a fan of chocolate chip cookies but I decided to try it and they were baked to perfection. They got good guac and chips too. Can’t wait to try more of their menu ?“
“Happy to have found this welcoming spot for a quick and laidback lunch (or breakfast). I guess it's a chain but whatever...the food came out fresh and hearty and our server was super friendly. My Daybreak Burrito - although kinda bland - really hit the spot (also, I did not come across even one tomato inside) and the casual vibe was a good fit - outdoor patio if you want, as well. Good portions, reasonable prices and a cool neighborhood for this location, too. If you need no frills but fresh no-nonsense grub, this seems like a good choice. Bloody Mary's and Mimosas served as well, so day drinkers can get their groove on.“
“This is a nice little coffee shop with a good selection of coffee drinks and special drinks, as well as baked goods. The staff are very friendly and helpful and did a superb job of helping me, as a newbie to their shop, by making a really great tasting coffee beverage, which was really good. The shop also has nice seating areas (inside and outside) where customers can gather to enjoy their beverages and food, chat, study or just relax. This is a place to Be Kind to yourself and others!“
