If you order your food online and have a family emergency, you are not allowed to cancel the order or get a refund! I was told, "come pick up your food before you go to the hospital with your child. We don't like to waste food." Instead of them being empathetic, issuing a refund and giving the food that was prepared to staff member or server. DO NOT ORDER YOUR FOOD IN ADVANCE. “A year later and the question remains on where the server disappears to. Burger was good. Fries were over cooked. Happy they have zero proof cocktails but why do they cost more than real cocktails.

Burgers were good and the kids enjoyed the shakes. My cocktail was also good. The fried deviled eggs were different and delicious. The only thing bothersome were the flies. I counted at least 6 hovering. Our server also disappeared for a bit. Do they go on break when they have tables?“

They allowed us to cater the food, there was a full bar, some of the crew played the golf game, the pool tables were nice and the bathrooms were clean! Sierra was an amazing bartender! “After being in North Carolina for over a year trying to find a nice adult Lounge, I was listening to the radio and came across an advertisement for Level. I went on a Thursday night for the after-work mixer and I think my search is over!!!! I currently reside in Durham and I make that drive to be there... the crowd, the food, the atmosphere, the DJs.... I can go on and on. every time I check Facebook I always come across a show or Star lineup and I want to attend every time“

You walk up to counter to order your food...18% gratuity charge. You walk up to self service drink stations...18% gratuity charge on every pour. You get the picture. The food was fine and the duck pin bowling was fun, but I can't get past this extra charge on everything... This experience was expensive...“

“Ive been going hre for the food and atmosphere for years, but the wait staff really had me shaking my head. Under age girls with booty shorts and bare midriffs just doesn't seem appropriate for wait staff. I think one was wear bedroom slippers. The kitchen saved the visit from being a disaster. Hamburger was cooked correctly as have all my other meals from there.“
