If you order your food online and have a family emergency, you are not allowed to cancel the order or get a refund! I was told, "come pick up your food before you go to the hospital with your child. We don't like to waste food." Instead of them being empathetic, issuing a refund and giving the food that was prepared to staff member or server. DO NOT ORDER YOUR FOOD IN ADVANCE. “Such a fun, funky place! The decor was a eclectic and fun! There was a really great jazz band when we were there and the server was very knowledgeable and sweet. The cocktails there are incredible and it made for a really great place to hang out in the evening. We would definitely go back!“

“I loved Shady's! They had great service and an awesome atmosphere. I loved all of the local college/high school decor. This is a great place to come hangout during the week or weekend for a couple of drinks. There are also local food trucks nearby which was very convenient! The staff was very friendly, and everything was fairly priced.“

The food was exceptional—the burgers had an incredible chargrill flavor, the toppings were cooked to perfection, the buns were soft and toasted, and the salad was chopped and dressed just right. The tots were seasoned well, and the chips paired with the variety of sauce options were a massive hit.

The catering trays were easy to transport, and the food stayed warm. Everything was clearly labeled, and they provided all the necessary tools and cutlery for a seamless event. The pricing was very reasonable, and the staff was helpful—they communicated clearly and went above and beyond to help us execute a great lunch.
