“Christina and Mr. Savage are top notch employees and very professional. Our church group of 6 eat at the Zebulon location every Wednesday night after church just because of the amazing service we get from Christina. She is by far the hardest working girl that I have ever seen in any restaurant.“

I was in the drive thru and realized I only had a credit card that wasn’t activated yet.🫣 My son was several vehicles up and on a zoom meeting in the drive thru. “They're amazing always getting this location over the one In Clayton. Don't go to the clayton popeyes or you will be served overcooked or raw chicken, terrible attitudes and none of the sides you want. This popeyes made sure my chicken was cooked RIGHT. I didn't even have to ask for honey and hot sauce they threw it in there! They even made sure the mac n cheese was full and creamy . Didn't miss one thing. Thanks for yall awesome service“

“The staff are soooo friendly even they were so busy and under a lot of pressure they managed to make my food as perfect as I wish, they estimated a short time for my food and the estimation was accurate, I would like to thank Shakima, she was multi tasking between the drive, delivering the food to delivery drivers and taking my order from in store purchase. The smile didn’t leave her face.“

“They pay very close attention to detail everytime if you ask for 5 extra sauces they will put at least 5 vs some other places give you less. I’ve just always had a consistent good experience at this location !! Thank you to the staff keep doin what’s you’re doing“

“I have never seen or experienced such great customer service like I have here, the staff is extremely friendly always has great attitudes and always smiling, the managers are always friendly as well. The staff always makes sure you have what you need and if something is wrong they will sort it out and make sure it is resolved. They are always making sure the lobby is clean and neat. Over all 10/10 and will always come back to this zaxbys.“

“I do not like KFC but this place is special. I have been here twice with my son and very good food. The chicken is from Pilgrams Farms so it’s locally sourced. Extremely clean eating environment.

Kid-friendliness: I see kids here and saw some ladies that works here talking nice to them.“
