“The service was amazing and it was very friendly and even the manager Leslie came out and checked on how we were doing. Leslie seems like a lovely worker and I would love for her to wait on me every time I came. The workers were very respectful and had smiles on their face and they enjoyed their jobs. As well as very clean.“

“Thank you to the amazing young guys working yesterday! I was in the drive thru and realized I only had a credit card that wasn’t activated yet.🫣 My son was several vehicles up and on a zoom meeting in the drive thru. I said, “that’s my son up there in the big blue truck he will pay for me!” Thanks for being so nice to my crazy self and allowing my son to pay for me!🤣“

“The staff are soooo friendly even they were so busy and under a lot of pressure they managed to make my food as perfect as I wish, they estimated a short time for my food and the estimation was accurate, I would like to thank Shakima, she was multi tasking between the drive, delivering the food to delivery drivers and taking my order from in store purchase. The smile didn’t leave her face.“

“I gave all 1 stars because I'm not happy right now. Usually, there are no issues with the service and / or food . But tonight, my husband and I placed an order through the app , no issues with the app at all. However, that being said, my husband placed his order at 10:26pm. Popeyes, don't close till 11pm. How did you not see the order he placed on your screen ? He clearly told you he was picking up an order, his own personal order, not a door dash order . You told him to pull up and that you were kind of backed up. we did just that pull up behind one other car in front of us. Waiting!! For a good while, the manager brought food out to the car in front of us, no problem . Another lady collects her food inside, no problem. Still, we are waiting, so I see them breaking stuff down. My husband walks inside, and apparently, they didn't see his order he placed at 10:26pm still some time before closing, and they couldn't do anything. Everything is put away, and the manager says there is nothing she can do. You can get credits from the app like just nonchalant, no care, to be honest . You didn't offer him any suggestions, nothing that was a lack on your part as a manager like you could have said you know what come in tomorrow and I can give you your meal for free as a lunch something . That was our late dinner, but I couldn't get that and wasted money spent .

“They pay very close attention to detail everytime if you ask for 5 extra sauces they will put at least 5 vs some other places give you less. I’ve just always had a consistent good experience at this location !! Thank you to the staff keep doin what’s you’re doing“

“I have never seen or experienced such great customer service like I have here, the staff is extremely friendly always has great attitudes and always smiling, the managers are always friendly as well. The staff always makes sure you have what you need and if something is wrong they will sort it out and make sure it is resolved. They are always making sure the lobby is clean and neat. Over all 10/10 and will always come back to this zaxbys.“

“I don’t believe that any chicken tenders in the city of Raleigh compare to these. Large, juicy, crunchy, and very hot. Dinged the place one star because they did not have he jambalaya side that I wanted, so I said “beans & rice.” They didn’t have that either! Went with mac & cheese…fine, but really?“
