“Customer Service is lost anymore, no one takes the time to acknowledge you let alone speak with you. I had an amazing interaction with Dee C.at this Taco Bell this evening. I went in and the menu board was gone. I asked for assistantance and Dee came to my rescue. With a smile on her face and extremely pleasant attitude she took the time to come out and help me navigate the new ordering system. It's not my favorite and without her help I'd probably still be there trying to order. I'm computer savvy but there was one item that you have evidently dropped from the menu, which I found a little disappointing, nonetheless Dee stayed with me. She placed my order and then went back to the kitchen to help staff prepare my order. Kudos to Dee. This woman is an asset to this location. This particular location has had issues over the years. Ive been a customer since it opened. The only issue that I had was the dining room. Even though I was taking out. There were employees out there but it didnt look as though it had not been straightened up in quite some time. This is s busy location BUT, there was certainly enough staff to have the young man out there actually cleaning and arranging. The napkin station was messy and there were sticky counters that needed attention. I have been in there at times when its swamped, but I was later then usual so it was clearly the time of night for the staff that is not prepping orders to be cleaning and keeping things orderly. They are all adults and are aware of their assignments. I was a Mystery Shopper for a Taco Bell in New York. Within 2 months that place was ship shape. Id be happy to assist should you need help
Dee C. Is a keeper, if she was managing the store things may have more attention because of her professionalism and willingness to please. I cast my vote for her to receive recognition due and the food was great. Please bring back that little chicken snack wrap. I was craving that but my Dorito Tacos were a pleasant substitution. “I was running 30 mins late for my reservation, called in, no problem to postpone. The staff were amazing, so friendly and were very helpful with menu choices. The food was unbelievable! My only regret was that I couldn’t eat anymore! Just make a reservation well ahead of time to be seated at a table, otherwise sitting at the bar is the next option. We ordered the Risotto and the crab cakes! Both delicious and ended sharing a slice of cheesecake! 5 stars plus to this incredible vegan restaurant.“

“This place is spectacular! We ended up here by chance because the nazi owner of the Falls of Neuse Chik fil a down the street wouldn't let us walk 15 feet to a table without masks on. Let me be clear when I say that we are done with that mask game. We will not patronize a business that requires masks. Period! My money will be spent elsewhere. My wife stumbled upon Taza Grille and when we went to check it out, we found wonderful people running it. People like us. People that have common sense. Sam the owner will treat you like family from the moment you walk in. Sam's right hand man and his wife also were awesome! I had a lamb gyro with fries and hummus. It was seasoned perfectly! One of the best, if not the best gyro I've ever had. Please patronize businesses like Sam's. Make the businesses that are using cruel and unnecessary restrictions hurt financially. Stop giving them business. Make the stupidity stop. Thank you Sam and Tazas Grill! We will see you every week before or after our doctor's appointment and will bring the new baby soon!“

“Wow, this place was surprisingly so good. I'm still thinking about the corn cookies. Not too sweet but not savory either. Super soft and fully baked. Also they are huge cookies.

I also had snickerdoodle and chocolate chip cookies along with the coffee cake. Highly recommend.“

“Excellent food and service! This was truly a wonderful dining experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel comfortable right away. The service was prompt without feeling rushed, and they were happy to answer questions and offer suggestions.
The food was the real highlight. Every dish we tried tasted fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. There was a real sense of comfort in the food – the kind that makes you slow down and enjoy every bite. The flavors were well balanced, not overly heavy, and clearly made with good quality ingredients. The portion sizes were also very generous, which made the experience feel even more worthwhile.

After taking my payment I'm not sure why I waited almost 7 mins before a young lady started my order as I was the only person who was in there (2 others were seated with their orders). “I love this place so much! I come here all the time, and the sushi is always wonderful. I haven't tried many of the other menu items yet, but the service is amazing. The staff is very welcoming, patient, and helpful. Ordering can be a little confusing the first time, but once you get the hang of it, it's super easy. “We had such an amazing time. The food was spectacular. I had these tacos with the meat and my son had the steak chicken salmon with rice. My daughter also had the tacos. My best friend had her salad with the mahi-mahi. The queso was outstanding with the chips. The guacamole OMG. The food was so good. I forgot to take pictures. 😂

You have to come here to enjoy the atmosphere as well. Nicholas was awesome. They had karaoke. Great vibes, great service, great food. “I had a great experience at Fat Boys Shack in Wake Forest, NC. The food was delicious, and the customer service was a 10/10 from the moment I walked in. My tenders were fried hard just the way I like them without even having to ask, which was a pleasant surprise. The lemonade was also very good and refreshing. The restaurant itself was clean and well kept. Shoutout to the manager on duty, Paige Terry, and employee Tiara Spence for providing excellent service and making the visit even better. I’ll definitely be back!“
