“1st time for my Wife and I to attend here. Finding a Mexican restaurant near us with good food is important. This business is about 5 min from our home and the atmosphere was great.I had the pick 2 Burrito and Taco, rice and refried beans. My Wife had the Pick 2 with Burrito's. The food was seriously well prepared and the taste was really good. Usually the beef at some restaurants has a dog food taste to it. This beef was very good and was seasoned well.We will be going back often.“

“I have eaten at the Tap and Vine twice in two weeks. The dining experience is above and beyond the dining experiences I've had at other restaurants recently. The food is absolutely delicious! Very fresh. We've tried a couple of bottles of wine that did not disappoint. The wait staff is on it! I can't wait to go back for more! It's nice to finally find an intimate setting to enjoy with family and friends.“

“My hubs and I had our third visit just over a week ago. This is the third time I've had their chicken fried chicken dish, and it is just as delicious as the first time! Perfect portions, no leftovers! The steampot is wonderful as well as the bbq plate (with 3 choices, I believe). The prices are perfectly reasonable! We had Eden as our server at our last visit and she was exceptional! She stayed on top of our beverages and clearing the table when needed. We will definitely be back!“

Clean building with an open kitchen and I know that open kitchens have to work much harder to maintain cleaning and order. Redicously large helping thats around 14 a person with a giant fresh takeout cup of tea and Lime. Fabiana was great.“

The tuna poke bowl came with chips that were more like fries than the Asian noodles served previously, otherwise we enjoyed our meal!Vegetarian options: Vegans/ vegetarians are able to get creative and order sides of vegetables and jasmine rice. “As you pass the Skinny Cook, it looks like a hole in a wall restaurant, but it's much more. It's where you eat home cooked meals with family or friends. It's a well-known place by all locals in Monroe. It stays busy for breakfast and lunch. The prices are very reasonable, you can't beat it. I had lunch there and ordered the loaded tots and chicken wings. The wings were spicy but not super hot, just right. The loaded tots came with tons of melted cheese and bacon bits. Absolutely delicious ?.“

“The Black & Blue Filet is out of this world and cooked to perfection (medium rare). I crave it on a weekly basis. It is farm-raised beef from a local supplier which earns huge bonus points. The staff is always friendly and it is rarely packed during the week when we go for dinner, providing a quiet, peaceful environment. The meatloaf is also AMAZING!“

“It was my first time ordering takeout from here and there was a mistake with my order and the staff bent over backwards to fix it without trying to place blame on the customer and that's rare these days. They also taught me the best way to order my preferred food in order to avoid any confusion in the future. The manager Tan is awesome.“

“Pretty tasty crab cake. I ordered the crab cake sandwich and added a side of cole slaw. Everything was good. The crab cake was flavorful but I think I would've liked a touch more seasoning. The flavor that was there was good but I like things kicked up a notch. The cole slaw was good. I really liked it. It was fresh and the combination of cabbage and spices was good. I think I tasted small bites of apple in it and that was a great surprise. I'd definitely swing by here again for a second sandwich.“

“Good food. We had the fajitas chicken beef and steak. It was very tasty. More meat would be nice and a little less smashed tomatoes and peppers. But the food was delicious. You get flour tortillas and a side of smashed beans, rice, and lettuce for your tacos.“

“The food and service were great. Went on a Thursday evening and it wasn't busy at all. The restrooms were big, but could use updating or arranged differently. The only issue I have is the price. My bill after tip for 1 adult and 1 child was $55. Definitely overpriced for a mediocre restaurant.“

“I haven't eaten in a Captain Dee's this nice since I was a kid in 2010. Most Captain Dee's seem run down now with mediocre service and low quality food. This location was ANYTHING BUT THAT. I was greeted by Latosha who took my order. She was so friendly and sweet for the job she works, I've never had such a wonderful experience at a Captain Dee's with that kind of service. Aside from her beautiful spirit, my food was DELICIOUS. everything was piping hot and super fresh! I had the blackened tilapia with rice, green beans and steamed broccoli. I will only go to this Captain Dee's location and I highly recommend it. Please give Latosha a raise.“

There were a bunch of workers just standing around, to the point where it was hard to get by to use the restroom.Our server was good, keeping our coffees filled, and checking in.I have a real problem with the ketchup restrictions. I like a good bit of ketchup with my breakfast food, and they are doling it in individual plastic cups instead of using bottles or packs. Serious deal breaker. We ordered took 20 minutes to get the food, and the waitress never put in our appetizer order. Food was great ,delicious and a plenty. I just don't understand why we were forgotten and how come Noone just took our order.“
