“The Latin American Quetzal Restaurant is superior when it comes to serving red snapper! It was perfectly cooked in the Huachinango style (deep fried without a batter). It was served with rice, beans, avocado, cactus salad, pickled onions, jalapeno salsa, and lime. This was all served on two big platters. The red snapper was huge and it sat on a sizzling hot iron plate. I could not believe the quality and amount of food they served for only $23.99! They also make their own aqua frescas. I had a mix of their mango and passion fruit aqua frescas mixed together. It was delicious! I would also like to say that the service there was very good and attentive. There is no question that I will be coming back again!“

“I've eaten a lot of tacos there my favorite food this taco truck has the best authentic street tacos I've ever eaten. Al pastor chompano and asada are my go to options. They are so good in fact that if I'm being honest, I typically order tacos out of the 4 days a week they serve food. So far I've only found one other food truck that can even compare the quality flavor and service of Dona` Tere. (Dragon Taqueria food truck in Mooresville, if your wondering)“

However, tonight we had a new server, Miguel, who was attentive, kind, and exemplifies the kind of service that makes you want to return! You need more service like this guy! He seems to really care! “I came to the Gibson Mill and this place caught my attention. I ordered the al pastor and the steak chimichurri tacos and they were delicious, especially the al pastor are incredible. I also ordered nachos to share and they came with lettuce, tomatoes, beans, queso and shredded chicken. Delicious. They also have Mexican Coke!“

“I had some problems ordering through Uber eats and my order wasn't delivered the first time due to an address error so I called the store and a lady named Olga answered all my questions and was super helpful in making sure I was able to get my refund and even helped me reorder and made sure to get the intended address for the delivery. Although i do not speak much spanish, Victoria made sure I had everything I needed and was very attentive to our table. It was not very busy during this time, around noon. The guacamole was very good and I ordered ribs and shrimp. The shrimp was very well seasoned and the ribs very tender. The beans were probably my favorite!! They were so good! The only complaint I have is that the bathrooms needed some TLC. One stall door was missing a latch to close, and another had a missing toilet seat.“
