She perfectly captured classic New Orleans cuisine while adding her own unique twist. The food was outstanding and received endless compliments from our guests.

Our tasting at her home was such a fun and personal experience, and it really spoke to how warm, down-to-earth, and genuinely passionate she is about what she does. I had never tried her food before booking her, but after our initial phone conversation, I knew immediately she was the right fit. “Wow! Kim Lloyd, the owner at Celine and Co. impressed us from our very first meeting - Dec. 2020 when who knew what the next six months held. She was reasonable, flexible, managed to provide a tasting that month, and never failed to deliver what she promised. She ensured her staff were all vaccinated, worked out food arrangements with the band we hired, and provided the positive energy and service delivery beyond what we expected. She was available and responded quickly to questions or requests. She made very helpful suggestions and gave guidance for handling a multitude of issues from liquor to decor. In the end, we scheduled three separate occasions over a four day period - a family dinner at our home, the actual reception at her venue “The Hideaway”, and a Sunday “Brunch Before You Go” for our out of town friends and family. All three events were exceptional. The day of our wedding reception she and her Hideaway staff worked with us on a visit from my daughters, the florists set up and the band setup. That night the food was perfect and the staff easily accommodated various dietary restrictions -vegan, vegetarians, gluten free. Everyone raved about the food and decor. Her staff helped with everything from directing our guests to a last minute wardrobe malfunction. One of our guests is an retired event organizer who used to plan fundraisers for high-end charities in NY and Europe. He was very impressed with both the food and skillful management of the entire evening. When the bill came it was, to the dollar, what we have been led to expect. This falls into my "guilty pleasures/greasy spoon" category of restaurant, not because its a dive but because it is simple, decent, southern comfort style food. Don't go for Michelin Star or for fusion foods, but when you want something comforting like grandma would have made it.
