“We went here last night for dinner,they were extremely busy i guess it being friday and all but we got seated fadt and i think out waitress name was Amanda, she was very polite to me and my family. she kept all our glasses on full which is an A+ with me. BBQ sauce is on the side because it only elevates the flavor instead of masking it. “I absolutely love it when we stop in gastonia at this local staple in any kids live that grew up in gastonia, lake wylie or clover. I always usually get the sliced bbq sandwich large with of course the slaw, it is the best slaw I have ever had on a bbq sandwich. This time I didn't get pictures of the bbq sandwich only the curly cheese dog sandwich which is the best hotdog sandwich with slaw, cheese and chili on it and the best part it is its not as messy as a regular hotdog bun. They cut the hotdog where it gets crispy and omg shape it in a circle. This sandwich smacks every time. The service is old school like a drive in only ring missing is roller skates, and always greeted within a minute!!! Always great service and food and reasonably priced. Was $15 for a large bbq, small bbq and curly dog sandwich:) if you also haven't tried their homemade cherry lemon sundrop you are missing out! Make sure to take cash as they are old school cash only which I love!!!!“

“TLDR; Very friendly and fast service, nostalgic food with phenomenal flavor development and a welcoming environment. 10/10 recommend.Wow. This place was recommended by a friend and I’m so glad I went. It is clean, welcoming and when you first walk in it smells soooo good - which is always a good sign to me that the food is going to taste amazing.I got the Saturday special of beef tips over rice and gravy, hush puppies, with sides of green beans and baked beans. All the beans. This meal….when I tell you it brought me back to sitting at my grandmas on a weekend long forgotten, I mean it. This meal transported me through time. My grandma is no longer with me, and to feel connected again after many years…I’m now a loyal customer. The gravy was so flavorful, the beef tips had just the right amount of char and the green beans were fantastic!!My partner got the half BBQ chicken with French fries, mashed potatoes and cornbread. There was nothing left on his plate. I will say the hush puppies were better than the cornbread in my opinion, but I’m a hush puppy lover.Give this place a shot. It’s worth it!

“I would recommend it more if they would deliver to Lake Wylie, SC as do their neighbor restaurants in the Steele Creek area. Our physical address is Lake Wylie but our mailing address is Clover (9 miles further west) so you say you can't deliver to us. Sad! I previously picked up a wonderful meal in Gastonia (who also doesn't deliver here although their other neighboring restaurants do)! It's frustrating to be associated with a city further away from our physical location.“

“A little expensive but worth it is what I used to say but the latest experience was "OKish" at best. Fries was bland and a little burnt, minced BBQ sandwich was extremely soggy and thrown together without any thought of appearance with meat and slaw all over the top side of the bun. The cherry lemon sundrop tasted like carbonated lemon soda water with no cherries in it at all. The curb side service was depressing and lazy. Expects a tip but forgot the straws and ketchup and rolls her eyes when asked for that and 8 of the 14 dollars in change due back. What happened to this place?“

“Visiting Greenville recently, we had an excellent experience at Logan’s . It was Friday evening. We were seated quickly and they took initial drink and appetizer orders shortly after. They also provided a huge basket of delicious rolls. I gave the service 5stars because they stopped by frequently, but not enough to be intrusive. They took our order, and brought the check very timely, and refilled drinks without being asked. They did not offer information regarding the menu., but I did not deduct. The atmosphere was fine, no complaints, just typical steak house., similar to chain restaurants. During our trip it was relaxing and quiet. Parking and access were not an issue. The menu and food is very similar to Texas Roadhouse. Everyone’s meal was well prepared. At the TR in our area it tends to be somewhat hit or miss. The steak was truly med as requested, and the ribs were juicy and flavorful for me., although another person in our party was less impressed - not bad, but they might be on the bland side for some. The salad was unremarkable. So I did take one star off on food - very good, but not outstanding for all items. Could be 4.5. Also considering value, portions were good size, but the food prices were similar to TR in a higher cost area. There is a kids menu but I did not pay enough attention to comment on it. Based on our experience I definitely recommend Logan’s if you are looking for a no-hassles steak house meal with very good food and excellent service.“

“My ribeye was a very poor cut with more fat than meat. Not always the way it is there but this time was disappointing and I got tired of cutting fat out to find what meat was there. the bigger cut of ribeye was much much better and didn't have the same issue.“
